Review 1：The blue flying moths in the bushes outside the unit, although there was a cute seating area we didn't fancy sharing it with the above!
Review 2：Studio was well equipped and had comfy beds, a neat bathroom, compact kitchen area with everything you need, big TV with FOXTEL. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Secure parking.
Review 3：Room smelt like air freshener and I could not get out the smell-it gave me a headache. Dated paintings and lighting. No blind on the frosted door so the sun woke me at 6.15 every morning.

Review 5：Just because there is a dish washer available one can never assume that all the Wine glasses/dishes are clean and spotless. The removal of lipstick or lip gloss around the circumference of wine and tall glasses was the only thing that was negative. The rest of the apartment was excellent.

Review 8：The young lady at reception was a pleasure. The facilities were perfect, bed and pillow very comfortable. The ample equipment in the kitchen with plenty of dishwashing liquid. My granddaughter who loves water thought the she had a waterfall flowing into her bath. A wonderful stay

Review 11：Nothing to spoil our visit. We didn't know there was a lift until we were leaving which would have come in handy during our stay. Tv in the main bedroom is at an awkward angle to watch while in bed.

Review 13：Not a good location. Studio apartment quite cramped. People above very noisy and local residents riding motorcycles up and down the street not good. Street seems to be used as a day parking facility for local commuters.

Review 18：Very helpful receptionist. Quality accommodation in good location. The upstairs bedroom and bathroon wasn't ideal for us as we had two elderly parents with us. Otherwise, would recommend.
Review 19：We had a few over friendly cockroaches that we woke up to crawling on us in our bed!!! The room was clean however this have me the heeby jeebys and couldn't sleep. There had been a week of rain so this may have contributed to the invasion.

Review 32：convenient to charlestown square shopping, excellent self catering facilities, love the fact car parks are numbers with apartment numbers so you can actually get a park, prompt polite staff, and got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which made for a much more comfortable stay.

Being told by 4 means that you do not tolerate parties or loud noises - BEFORE we even stepped foot into the apartment. Discrimination on my age and my relatives, your staff made assumptions purely on my age and gender that there would be problems with the stay. Overall felt extremely insulted! Would not recommend to anyone.
