Review 6：THE MATTRESS ARE OUT BREAKFAST ARE NOT SERVE PROPERLY, NO REFILL UNTIL CUSTOMER ASKING FROM THE KITCHEN AND ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD AND TEST ALSO NOT GOOD

Review 7：The unit we were allocated looked tired... When we checked in, we found faulty toilet sink, dusty bed sheets in one bedroom, 2 air cons that were not cold and a light fitting that was spoilt. We spent more than an hour waiting for them to finish attending to the problems. Moreover, found that at least half a dozen items were missing from their inventory list for the unit. Breakfast at the hotel was chaotic with insufficient plates, cups and cutlery...After the issues were taken care of, we had quite a comfortable stay. The Housekeeping and kitchen staff were generally helpful though. Will not be in a hurry to stay here again unless some upgrading works are done to the units.

Review 9：One of our room's aircond was noisy and not cold. Breakfast options was poor. Some local staffs sitting around and not efficient. Many flies. Pool cleanliness poor with many broken benches not attended to.

Review 27：It's in a residential village, and there's nowhere you could really walk to to get a meal. You had to get the hotel staff to phone for a cab because there weren't any you could flag down.

Review 31：Our master bedroom's bed was horrible! It felt like it's going to crash anytime! Any small movement will cause irritable sound. The mattress sunk in too. The aircons in the living room and master bedroom were not cold enough, with a fan will help better ventilate the house.

Review 81：The staff was helpful and welcoming. The sell 5 gallant of water which is very convinient to us. They have ramli burger stall just outside the gate. The car parking was friendly. We drove 2 cars and we have no trouble finding parking.

Review 82：The beds are very bad. Noisy and you can feel the mattress spring. Breakfast was bad. We had our next day breakfast across the road. No shower screen, so the water spills over the everywhere. TV in the room did not work well, no remote, bad signal. Lots need to be done to the apartment.

Review 86：Is really a wonderful stay at Century Bay! Highly recommended this place to stay for family and friend gathering. Room is big and you can feel like your own house. Staffs are excellently helpful, friendly and efficient in any situation. Facilities are great! Love the free bike. You can have a ride from Century Bay to the nearby area. Swimming pool is clean and enjoy the Jacuzzi. Breakfast is simple and you can enjoy at the cozy and spacious cafe area. We definitely will come back to Century Bay in our next trip. And highly recommend this place to stay.

Review 87：There were cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Staff was not not friendly and room was not being clean until the check out day, garbage was not picked up and breakfast was really bad.

The last evening a weird carpet had appeared on our table when we weren't there. And then during the night (1am!) a lady entered the apartment (with a master key?). When we were awake she just went away. The staff shoudn't enter the apartments if it's not for cleaning! The location is pretty

The only thing is you need to have your own transport tostay here because is a bit sceluded. I will definitely stay here againif im travelling with 3 people and above.

Review 110：1. Horrible breakfast: There are no items worth eating and i still do not understand why complimentary breakfast is given. Its better if it is taken off, because we get good breakfast outside for cheaper rates. And only 2 guests getting breakfast complimentary is ridiculous, other serviced apartments do not do this way. 2. Poor service of the staff. We complained that the house phone is not working, but they never responded for this till we checked out. And very irresponsible and irresponsive front desk staff
