Review 1：The spa, was a little smaller than I expected. And during our stay it was also very busy. The distance and journey into the centre of Bratislava was a little far by bus. I'd definitely recommend getting a taxi.

Review 2：The proximity to and from the airport was only 5mins or so by taxi. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite. They all spoke English and I'm sure a few other languages too. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 18：The carpet in our room was stained with red wine and dirt stains. It didn't look liked they tried to clean the stains but couldn't remove them. The location is not very close to the old town of Bratislava.

Review 19：We liked the amenities such as the spa, the thai massage, the steam room. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located right across the street of a bigger mall, which makes it easy to buy stuff that might have been forgotten when packing. We also liked the bar. The restaurant and breakfast looked very nice, but unfortunately we couldn't try any food there, due to our time schedule.

Review 20：Room too warm & air-conditioning took a long time to cool it with a noisy fan. More vegetarian options, a little more imagination, would have been welcome. Location is not prepossessing!

Location on a main bus route from the airport was ideal, but the area, something of a commercial/industrial wasteland was a pitty - not that the hotel can do much about that!

Review 30：The room has been very nice, bed comfortable, lots of pillows, nice bathroom. Location is nice, next to a big shopping center, easily connected into the city. Taxi into the old town costs max 10 euro (calling a taxi service within Bratislava). Reception area has been stuffed nicely, we did not wait long for check in, check out.

Review 32：Great location, as long as you don't mind staying outside the city center. Across the street is a very nice mall, with many stores and food options. Also, McDonald's is across the street. Thai massages are available on the 7th floor and is very reasonably priced. The masseuse is extremely thorough, experienced, and friendly. Rooms were classy and spacious. Small mini bar was available. WiFi was free and easy to connect. Quality and spacious bathroom filled with amenities. Welcome water and dried fruit was a nice touch.

Review 34：This is e business hotel, but also great choice for a weekend in Bratislava. Very nice and large room and bathroom, perfectly clean, staff is very polite. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and in 20 minutes can take you to the city center. The airport is near the hotel, shopping center is near too, parking is free outside or paid in garage.

Review 35：They do not put in the room 2 sets of amenities and when I asked for the second set they say only one set is included even for 2 guests. The trash bin in the bathroom was not emptied during our stay and they did not supply on the second day even the single set of amenities, I had to ask for it again.

Review 36：The hotel has a good location for shopping and also close to all main boulevards in Bratislava. Breakfast was very good and ritch. Room is very clean and large. Is a business hotel, not for vacations. If you do not have a car this is not the right hotel for Bratislava touristic places.

Just across the street there is a bis Shopping Center with all you can need! There also is the Bus Station. There is Not a direct transportation to the down town,but the Hotel is on few km to the airport and in this case is more than a comfortable! We were celebrating our anniversary and there was a sweet note on the Desk when we arrived at the room! The hole Hotel was very nice an beautiful, room was clean and elegant, bathroom absolutely comfortable and clean. The service was perfect. Breakfast was with everything you can imagine, the fish was unique and the Coffee too! That was my First visit to Bratislava and I can say with all the respect that my stay was so delightful because of the Hotel! There is an indoor Pool and Spa, not so big, but nice,clean and comfortable. The view from the pool windows was very romantic. I recommend this hotel and now I am Happy to be a member of NH Hotels! Review 67：Reception staff wasn't helpful. Our group ( 3 couples) arrived to the hotel at 13 and we hoped to get our rooms a bit before check-in time (normally 4stars hotels are ready to do the exception) as we were travelling last 30 hours (driving by car) but reception said that there weren't any rooms ready yet. Somehow they managed to get rooms ready exactly at 14 (correct check-in time). Breakfast didn't look fresh as there weren't many guests having it on that morning.

Review 124：This was our second time in this hotel and this time we got room as half the size of room we got last time. This one did not have bathtub and there was no door on shower cabin so, no matter how careful you are, whole bathroom was under water after 1 min of showering. On the day of our departure we went out for breakfast and left "do not disturb" sign on door handle but someone went in and changed bedclothes.
