Review 1：The building where they give us the room is the old part of the hotel some time we had to use the stairs because the elevator takes to long to get up and the doors open to slow the sink was liking it all ways staying in this hotel so many times I all ways got room in new building for the same money

Review 3：Bookings.com SUCKS!! If you do not read EVERY tiny detail, go through EVERY SINGLE tab they will screw you. I did not know that this hotel charges extra for two additional people in a two bed room. The hotel charged me for that plus over charged me. It's supposed to be $20/per person per night. Instead I was charged $30/per person. Also all the toilets plugged up everyday that we finally told them just leave us the plunger LOL!! They moved us from room to room but did not want to move again because of the toilet.

Review 5：The heater didn't work in 4 rooms of our party.. We got the PH after poor attempts to fix the heater in our rooms (it's freezing cold at night time). In the PH was very heavy smell of sewage... It is really nice hotel and the stuff are helpful and kind just the facility need upgrade and maintenance!!!

Review 7：The property advertises 3 pools and hot tubs, but none were in working order and could not be used. The water coming out of the sink and shower was a brownish gray color and clearly not fit to be used to bathe or wash hands. Room service took over 2 hours to bring food to the room when we were quoted 40min. And the worst part of it all, was the heat wasn't working in our suite and there were no extra blankets, and temperatures dipped into the low 40's at night. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they were sold out and couldn't move us to a room with a working heater.

Review 11：House keeping was really really really poor. On one of the days she came in and cleaned one room and bath and started to leave. I rented a 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment. We had to call her back to come and clean the other parts of the apartment. The next day we went for breakfast and by the time we got back she had finished with the room.... she mopped the living room, cleaned one room and left. Did not take out the trash, did not even enter the master bedroom to clean the room or the bath. No change of towels or even the sheets. I called the reception 3 times to send some one, I even went to the reception to make the request. No one came. My apartment was left uncleaned that day. On one of the days there was no house cleaning at all, we supposed they had given the cleaners the day off. My stay was great,but the house keeping is the worst I have ever seen for such a big hotel. The wifi is none existent, luckily I did not plan to work during the vacation. I don't know how such a big hotel cannot invest in a proper wifi system and yet u charge so much for the rooms. I won't be returning that's for sure.

There were no towels in the room, and when we asked we received some old towels that might have been white at some point, but now look grey. The blanket on the bed had holes. There was no wifi in the rooms.

Review 21：Everything. From the check-in young lady (who was also the check-out person) she was rude, never smiled. We were told we couldn't have guests which was annoying since my daughter was also in Rosarito. Then when we saw our room I wanted to cry, I have stayed in motel 6's that were nicer than this. Then when we tried to relax by the pool, there were no waiters, which I thought was unacceptable since they advertise as a resort. I had heard there were 5 pools so I asked if we could go to a different one with servers as I was there to relax and was told they were only for timeshare guests. We agreed to do a timeshare tour because I was curious to see the other side with the agreement that my daughter and her friend could join us as we were about to go have breakfast with them, when they were done and ready to leave the sales guy got upset and said if they left they would charge their breakfast to the guy who signed us up. Talk about guilt as we know they make very little money out there. So we ended up paying their breakfast. My husband wanted to pay and cancel but I didn't want the first guy to lose his pay so we did the tour, but when we said no the sales guy once again showed his rudeness. We made the best of our weekend but I have to say if this was my first experience in Mexico I would have been hesitant to go again. Next time we stay we'll just rent a house at La Quinta and save $100 dollars for the weekend.

Jacuzzi can host 4/5 persons and always busy. No beach seats given to the guests, had to pay more. Very overpriced room (about 150 USD per night)

Hotel food, cleanliness, and friendliness was just average. Waited over 20 minutes to check-in with only 4 people ahead of me. Seem to want to nickle & dime you with fees for almost everything.

The drape would not pull all the way closed, and the end hook was broken, so darkness was not possible for the room in the daylight. I would have liked at least one more chair, so sitting on the balcony was possible for two visitors... Navigating to the room was complicated. A hand held printed map would have been a help... Review 47：Security, view from room, far enough from highway to be quite. The complimentary drinking water in the room was appreciated. The hotel restaurant was above average... Price was reasonable...
Review 48：The first room we were given was old and run down, with a wall AC that was ineffective and noisy. I complained, and we were given a fantastic suite in the remodeled building. It was a Wednesday, after Labor Day, so fortunately it wasn't crowded, and they were able to make the switch.

My question is... Did this room really not come with a blow dryer seriously?! Their are cheaper hotels that have blow dryers and irons but nope not this one. Oh and the restroom smelled like a sewer SOOO GROSSS!

Review 62：The price per night is waaay too expensive for this type of the hotel, even if you book in advance. If you are you want to have a relaxing time on the beach - stay away. If its a party-time plan - go for it.
Review 63：My only complaint is of the other guests who were staying in the same building who talked very loudly into the wee hours of the morning. They would also let their door slam shut several times. Unfortunately the acoustics in the building didn't contribute to that as everything echoed and sounded ten times louder. The room had the bare minimum; two beds, a small closet, a TV and dresser. Nothing to really complain about, but it would have been nice to maybe have a couple extra chairs or small table to sit at.

The bed and linens were not what we expected for the price of the room. Others who attended the event stayed in the tower which they said was very nice.

It had a small balcony and view of the ocean. You get what you pay for I guess. It was acceptable but I'm not too much of a snob when it comes to hotel rooms I guess. I rather spend a little less on the room so I can spend more $ elsewhere.
Review 79：Wifi did not work in the room. Sales staff that works to recruit owners were annoying and in one case rude and passive aggressive because we were not interested. The room was beyon plain. We ordered extra pillows that never arrived. Outside near pool smelled like sewage. Coffee house product was sub par flavor. The only reason we ever actually stay here is when we book in a hurry and there is nothing else available. The place could be great with some sprucing up but for the price? Not worth it!
Review 80：The Pacific tower suite had IKEA furniture mistreated and worn out. The sheets were wrinkled and we hoped that were washed. The corridor carpet worn and dirty. No toiletry. Kitchen with no utensils.

I did this about seven times in one day. 2. The wifi did not work for the entire trip. 3. Beds do not feel as comfortable. 4. Review 133：We decided to go the just for the weekend and it was the worst decision we have made. They gave us a room which was right across the elevator - the bedroom window was right across the old and noisy elevator, about 4 feet away. All night there were people hanging on our bedroom window and talking , screaming etc. ( most of them pretty drunk from the beach clubs) it would have been much better to put us on the freeway. Our one year old son couldn't sleep as well because of that noise and was crying. This room is not a place to give for guests it should be storage or something like that. They had bunch of appliances non of which worked. The bed was way too small ( double bed ) and not comfortable. For 150 you can get a normal hotel anywhere in US and in Mexico that is a lot of money for to be put in such a room... Nevertheless they have this timeshare thing in the hotel and the sales people bother you all the time in the lobby. They told us they would not be able to do anything for us because we booked with booking.com ...
