Review 1：It was a big hotel and not very quaint. The receptionist took a while before acknowledging our presence when we first came in. A "Hello, I will be right with you, have a seat." would have been nice.

Review 15：Only one thing...the electronic card key for my room worked sometimes, and other times did not. Just a bit annoying to get into room! But I am sure it can be easily changed.

Could have spent hours just looking out our window at the countryside. Great location for exploring the wine country AND spending a day in Italy. Did not plan to eat at the hotel, but had 2 terific dinners. When we left after 3 nights, we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends.
Review 19：Some minor things could be improved at breakfast: replace plastic portioned marmelades with marmelade jars from which guests could serve themselves, absolute must is a coffee machine or sm serving coffee. Filter coffee put at the table in thermo cans should be avoided.

Review 22：The hotel is run by two lovely and charming couple that are always trying to help and guide. The location is one of the best on the border of Slovenia and Italy with the best view ever! We enjoined the hospitality and appreciate the place very much.
