Review 9：In between one room to another, it is separated not only concrete wall, but also a connection door! Although it is safe, there is no privacy (at all) given that the conversation from neighbor can be clearly heard. Based on the room design and privacy, the room may be overpriced. I'd expect 10-20% lower than its current price.

Review 12：The room was very clean, good air condition, large parking side, near to the shop, food stalls, bank and dobby, staff was very friendly.

Review 13：Location was good as it was near to all the eateries, near to a convenient store, near to a laundrette - this especially was great for ppl who were from the beach and needed to clean their clothes from the sand. The air-conditioning was in top condition as the room was cold even at 27°C. We wished & would recommend for a supply of tea/coffee & a small fridge.
