Review 2：Simple waterside hotel. We had a lovely terrace free parking AC, WIFI, nice breakfast really everything we needed to enjoy this quaint seaside town. Short walk to beach or restaurants. A good place to relax after busy sightseeing in Rome. Staff very friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

Review 3：Our room seemed to be right next to the maid's equipment room, which turned out to be rather noisy at an early hour.

Review 4：We needed to get away from the throngs and kick back for a couple of days before heading to Rome; this was the perfect place to do it. Since we were traveling by train and bus, it took some doing to get there, but the woman working at the desk was a great help and it was all worth it. Hint for anyone trying to get to the beach for a little sun time: go out the door of the hotel and walk left along the edge of the water. It's about a mile to a resort that will rent you a lounge chair with a lovely umbrella and sell you ice cream and cold beer. Ahhh....

Review 22：Being there in Summer the "air conditioner" was not really effective and it was uncomfortable and difficult to get to sleep. Being an Architect, I would suggest installing ceiling fans in the rooms to circulate the air and they would be considerably cheaper to run and much more effective.
