Review 1：Great staff, loved the rooms and the décor, especially also the pool. We stayed in both a Villa and then returned later to stay in a room with entrance onto the pool - my wife and I rate them both fantastic.

Review 3：Very comfortable huge bed, efficient aircon, big room, impeccably clean, quite and very well insulated. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Review 4：We loved this resort. The location was very good, very close from Nay Harn and Kata Noi, which I think were the best beaches around. The area was very quiet, but still you could find many restaurants around. The staff always very helpful and professional, they can arrange everything for you (scooter, laundry, beach umbrella, taxi..) and the prices are a good deal. We booked the first 3 days in a pool view room and stayed another 5 days in a pool access room. Both very nice, personally we loved the second one, just slightly more expensive (totally worth it).

Review 8：Nice rooms, newly furnished. Great breakfast - both Thai as well as continental. Pool is just amazing. Staff is very friendly. Quite place although it's close to main street with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Review 11：The shower head was average and the shower curtain and tiles were mouldy and the hot water wasn't consistant. There was no DVD player and only one card and key which made it hard as a couple who were going different places at different times to get in/out.

Review 23：I was charged 3% extra for opting to pay with my credit card. this automatically made me feel ripped off. I have stayed at other hotels in Phuket and Thailand and never had to pay the extra credit card fee. I tried the breakfast once, it was very poor, I never went back and opted to have my meals outside the hotel.

Review 24：I liked the rooms and decor, I stayed in a pool access room first night then upgraded to the garden suite for the remainder of my visit. tI spent most of the days out and he rooms were clean every time i came back. was not able to use the pool as it was not permitted to swim past 8pm.

Review 27：The coziest hotel I've ever stayed at in tropical countries. Excellent English speaking staff, friendly and responsible. Nice quiet area close to the beach in Phuket. The hotel you always want to come back to. And if you want to rent a bike, do that only at the hotel, cheap rated and if you damage it they won't charge a lot like it usually happens at rental points.

Review 28：- we were heavily sick and we only had help from other guests, not from staff - water in the shower was either cold or too hot (impossible to have a comfortable shower) - first daily shuttle bus to beach only at 11 AM (too late)
