I think most people would have expected softer sheets for a "4 star" hotel, if it is a 4star. (can't find official verification) 3. Water pressure was VERY annoying. It was pumping irregularly through my entire shower, therefore changing the temperature of the water enough to be felt. I had to step away from the water every few SECONDS when it got too hot. If I turned it down a millimeter, it would irregularly get too cold. Extremely disappointed since a nice shower is the second basic hotel room amenity you look forward to. 4. I did not see the pool but my partner says the water was dirty and he couldn't see past 3feet underwater.

Review 8：Overall, the lobby, cafe and rooms look decent, aesthetically. I read somewhere that it's a 4star hotel but I'm not sure if that's what Vistana itself is promoting? From a distance, everything does look like it could be 4 star. Rooms were a good size. We only booked this hotel because we needed to be in that area for an event. They allowed us to extend our checkout to 3pm, which we appreciated since everyone was tired from the event the night before.

Review 18：Paid so much for a 3-nights stay in and it's not even worth it. Booked a 3-bedroom suite so I could keep my family together, use the apartment facility, but the big kitchen was locked (poorly explained by the staff on the reason why), the tiny kitchennet had no sink/plumbing and no proper cutleries. Preparing milk for my baby was such a hassle. The rooms were poorly maintained. No newspaper everyday. And on the first day, the housekeeping staff refused to clean up our room (she had very little understanding of BM and not much at all of English and so much miscommunication it was frustrating), and only after I explained to the counter staff (Mr Ray) then only we had our rooms cleaned. Please don't hire staffs who can't even understand a simple English or sign language at least.

Review 46：We were unlucky. The hotel had a routine spraying and fogging during our stay. We were given advance notice and decided to opt out, but the communal areas stank of the chemicals afterwards. Sometimes the lift didn't read the room cards.

Response "We would not have known, if you had not told us". Frustrated I checked out - and I was still charged for the insect infested breakfast.

The housekeeping took the trouble to clean the room but left the cups uncleaned for two days in a row. 3. No elevator from basement carpark to lobby. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Towels not very clean and smell bad....no security at floor where there is pool access....totally dark and eerie when we returned to the hotel just past midnite....buffet breakfast should be included in cost of room as in most other hotels...very far from Georgetown center....shower area is tiny and door not tight so water tends to get to the main area...floor at shower area is regular, slippery tiles, very dangerous...slipped a few times and almost fell...counter top at bathroom very low, not standard height, causes backache to stand and wash face, brush teeth etc.

The tiled floor instead of the normalcarpeted flooring of a regular hotel made it feel like you're payingfor an regular residential apartment rather than a hotel. Also makes itlook dated. Housekeeping was lazy, left the used cups and glasses in thepantry unwashed. I am paying for these services afterall. Pinoy bellmandidn't even thank me for the rm5 tip I gave him for delivering ourbaggage, took the money and walked away without even a smile. The localsI met at other hotels are way better, humble and polite. And did Iforget to mention the in-room safe didn't work? It was left locked.Staff didn't bother to reset it.

Review 82：The choice of rooms, from single suites to 3 bedroom suites to suitdifferent family types. Near to the famous Kayu Restaurant for nasikandar meals.

Review 111：Airport transport provided, but charged higher, roughly double the price compared with taking a taxi by ourselves. My experience of service such as checking in was not performed efficiently, some front desk's staffs were not communicate well in English. Politeness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staffs are just average.

Review 133：The worst breakfast we ever had in a hotel.All items of food were of cheap quality.Nasi lemak had 1 ikan bilis in it and 1/8 of an egg!!.The fruits were all of cheap quality.Fried mee and "kueh teow" had no ingredients in them!!.Yogart was served in small quantity in a glass container!. The bed was uncomfortable.The body shampoo provided was of cheap quality.
