Review 1：Cleaning of the room and towels...

Review 2：The staff was great. Not many people but always very helpfull. Location was also very good. Easy to get in/out (by car).

Review 3：The villa is spacious and perfect for a couple, but not really appropriate for a family with young children. The parents´ bedroom is upstairs and so the toilet, while the kids sleep downstairs on the couch bed, so there were lot of steps to run during the night... And if you drive a rent car, it is really hard to drive to the villa for a foreigner. The streets near the villa are extremely narrow and it was a wonder that we did not crush into a wall...

Review 4：The WC floor gets very slippery with very little humidity, bedroom floor is cold, self-service restaurant was expensive considering the quality of food and service, having to hire the robes

Review 6：Children are not allowed to inside swimming pool after 5:30. Families with children are basically left with no option to entertain their children after 5 ocklock which can really ruin your holidays.

We went to have breakfast after 9 am and found out that it didn't have good selection, most items were gone, I had to ask waiter roe yogurt & butter and only then she brought it out. Also, they started setting out station for omelets & probably pancakes only when we already were finishing breakfast...so it was getting closer to 10 am when breakfast service was supposed to be over at 10:30 am.

Review 13：The staff is very slow. But then again so its also all around Alentejo, nobody is in a rush, while that is to be praised, keep in ming you cna wait even 20 min just to be make an order! The restaurant menu could be have more options

Review 18：Excellent 4 star near new hotel, great location, 5 minute walk to town centre. Excellent, helpful staff, Joana P. looked after us really well! Great breakfast, we did not use pool, but that looked good too! Only negative was that bed was way too hard!

Review 19：lack of atencion by colab hotel . We start a dinner and only 20m after someone pick our drink request. The same at breakfeast, only request room number but no one give us attencion to us after. For a Hotel like this, these kind of this are very bad. The guest needs more attencion from hotel colab.

Review 21：I think this hotel is still working out some of the kinks from being new. There was a lot of waiting around during check-in/check-out, when ordering a drink at the outside bar and at the restaurant at lunch time. Also, the pool and spa facilities seemed small for the number of guests at the hotel. However, these are just minor considerations and overall it was a great hotel.

Review 22：This was a really lovely hotel that had many nice amenities. I really enjoyed the robe and slippers, and small mini fridge, and friendly staff. Everything was very modern and clean and the breakfast was a good deal for the quantity and variety of food.
