Review 1:The staff are not professional in answering questions. Expected more personalised service with the kind of money paid for the room. No drying string to hang wet clothing. Only 2 pcs hand towels and 2 pcs face towels provided for 4 people in the room. Same goes with slippers, coffee cups and teaspoons. Surprised with plastic spoon instead of steel. Waiting time for buggy is too long and most of the time decided to walk. Towel hanger in the bathroom not fixed from the last guest. Glass marks on the sinky top.

Review 2:The private pool but its rather too small for adult. More for family with small children.

Review 3:I didn't like the way housekeeping looked after my room . They put all towels on the bed , where as they should have been in their respective places. Even , the shampoo , bath gel Conditioner etc were scattered everywhere . There is a little rack provided for this . There were a barbecue on the day we arrived at the hotel . I believe the food was a left over . I had some Satay & a piece of Lamb . They were both stale .

Review 5:The location of the hotel couldn't be found on the gps.. the gps will lead to grand lexis hotel.. took some time to reach the hotel by asking the food stalls nearby..

Review 7:Breakfast was complicated! We went to the cafe at 9am and was ushered to the jap restaurant because cafe was full. We were told that the food is the same. At abt 9.30am we finished our meal and took a peek into the cafe. To our dismay, food offering not the same! Advise travellers to either go early or very late (bfast ends at 10.30am). Staff also didnt bother to check if tables were available. The cafe is very big and has many tables. We constantly saw people walking out yet wait staff didn't want to let us in. Happened 2 days in a row. Disappointed.

Review 8:Nice place to relax with private pool and sauna. Very clean and staff were friendly.

Review 10:Our unit has fantastic open sea view which we enjoyed very much. Its beautiful room setting and great room service provided even when it was raining outside make our stay very pleasant.

Review 11:The breakfast buffet is held in small area with a very minimum foods served. Should varity the food and should refill a much more faster. Last but not least, should give priority to malaysian for the nice seaview room, not the foreigner.

Review 13:We stayed during the new year and it was full house so house keeping and buggy servive were slow. Having said that, they really tried their best to please and aside from house keeping, we did not wait too long for the buggy service. Do note this was during the new year holiday. I am sure service would have been tip top on normal days. One other thing to note, we got confused with the sister branch - Grand lexis so we drove to Grand lexis and realised that we were still 20 km away from Lexis Hibiscus. Still, it was totally worth the drive!

Review 14:Clean hotel with great scenic view! It's a great place - ideal for both families with children or couples. I'll recommend this to anyone!

Review 15:1st day of our late lunch, we waited for an hours plus for food to be served in the Japanese restaurant, since like short of manpower or miscommunication between front line and kitchen. Lots of customer was complaining. Went for breakfast the next day at 10.15am and was told that breakfast serving time has been extended to 10.45am and manager assured that we can stay on after 10.45am to enjoy the breakfast but when the time hit 10.45am all foods was kept away and we can't take anymore foods. Staffs should have informed the customer to have they last take as they are closing. I only had a plate of mee hoon.. Wanted to get some bread but all gone. Room service menus was limited and food we order was too salty to be taken, so disappointed. Resort should have more dinning place for tourists. Only 2 restaurant in the resort and no mini mart to purchase for bread or snacks. Only a small shop selling some biscuits and ice cream and some other souvenirs. Suggest to have more sea sports and other facilities. We were there for 4 days and after the 3rd day is like nothing much to do. One more thing, the toilet and bathroom drainage is a set back... should do some improvements for it. Should have local taxi service for tourists to go round the area hunting for seafood which is famous in PD.

Review 16:The view of the resort and spa service was excellent. Karaoke system was awesome too... Manager & staffs in the Japanese restaurant was patience with customers that are angry for long waiting food. Overall i will definitely visit this resort again.

Review 27:1. Service is extremely slow. Luggage arrived 1.5 hrs after check in. When check out, called for buggy, it didnt arrive even after 1 hr. Had to travel all the way with luggage and kids to lobby. 2. Were given an upgraded room, which we didnt ask for, only to find out its full of defects. Roller blind not working, tv remote spoilt, toilet bowl choke (called for plumber who arrived a good 1 hour later), shower floor water ponding due to gradient not proper, light at pool very dim compared to other room.

Review 29:The buggy driver is not careful enough to ensure the passenges has alighted safely. Bad experience that my dad (85yrs old) fell from the buggy when he is still alighting down and not completely landed on the ground yet and the driver drove off.

Review 33:Location wise, it's a little bit secluded. Swimming pool was not totally clean - there are dead insects, flies. While we understand that the pool was outdoor, management has to make an effort to upkeep the pools.

Review 40:The lobby of the hotel lack the welcoming feel and not inviting. Too open and parking facilities aare not properly organised. When we make our booking, we were prompted to ask if we need a reserved parking but no where to be seen as the security managing the parking have no idea about the booking despite reserved packing were available and cones were use to block the parking lots. The buffet dinner was also not up to par for RM 75.00 when we enquire further the Roselle Cafe staff informed us thats its only a mini buffet since the spreads was very limited.

Review 49:We got an upgrade to the Premium Pool Villa and we cannot be more grateful for the upgrade as the view is so breathtaking. The room is spacious and the design is delightful.

Review 50:The personal pools are probably one of the main attractions but this is quite overrated. If you're looking for a bit if privacy here, you can give the pool villas a miss. The main hotel might have rooms that offer better privacy. Being a new hotel, it does attract the wrong type of crowd. I personally noticed that a couple of rooms were crammed with 10-15 loud tourists. Perhaps the hotel can look into this more seriously.

Review 51:Very friendly and efficient all-round service by the hotel staff even at peak times. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good selection of movies if one chooses to just stay indoors.

Review 57:The sea-facing villa was very spacious and provided us an unblocked view of the sunrise each morning, which was really beautiful! The see-through floor in the bathroom and the attached swimming pool were a big hit with the kids! The beds were very comfortable, and the free wifi and in-room movie selection was very useful. Multi-storey carpark was free and kept my car under the shade. Indoor playground costs RM$20 per hour but was worth the money.

Review 60:1. TV System was always stuck, especially midnight. Wifi speed is ok but the the TV is not. Once you get it working, it's smooth sailing, but change a menu, then you're stuck. 2. Fountain facing rooms needs to know they have a scheduled show, and a very short one at that. Not that spectacular IMO. 3. Buffet is pricey but food selection is so-so. Subjective though. 4. In room dining must be improved. We got a cold pizza after waiting for an hour. And it tastes of dough. 5. Kid's world and Karaoke room needs a "charge to the room" system. Maybe it's still new.

The management should include complimentary breakfast to compensate the lack of activities and facilities. RM899 is considered too expensive. 2. The bathrooms has no lock. Very inconvenient 3. Management should add more facilities at the reaort if they want to continue charging high prices. 4. For a price of RM899 the view is really horrible Was disappointed that they couldn't even offer complimentary breakfast.

Review 68:The unit comes together with pool and sauna which quite useful if you need to relax. There is spa and kidz world which is beneficial for family bringing young kids as the parents can do massaging while thd kids enjoy themselves in the kidz world. The buggy service is quite except for peak hours which is acceptable. The buffet for both dinner and lunch do not have variety but the acceptable taste and reasonable price.

Review 69:Hotel not fully operation. Cos my child enjoy swimming n open space playground. On level 3 the kids world not operated.

Review 81:I was shocked when one of the cleaning staff opened our villa door with his access card without even checking if we're in! Luckily my wife and daughters had already finished changing to their swimming outfits. We paid in cash during our check-in and was told that I had to pay more for the seaview. $350RM more! In the end, we ended up with a villa facing the shore and fully in view of the opposite unit. Definitely not worth the extra money paid for the so called " seaview". The next day, they called me and said they charged me wrongly and asked me to pay the balance! This is after giving me the signed receipt for 2 nights accommodations. They didn't even show any sense of guilt and bluntly asked if I can make the payment! This is the last time I'm going to stay here.

Review 82:The food selection at Roselle was good and the food was cooked to perfection. I had the lamb shank and it was perfect! They offered buggy services that brought us to and fro from our villa to the main building.

Our room at 248 had outdoor lights that were too dim, and our shower was stuck on rain shower mode, so the handheld shower was rendered useless. There weren't much "freebies" offered. Fruits or drink.. or something? It is, afterall, a resort, no?

Review 86:Although it hasn't been fully completed, this place offers a sense of serenity and calm. We had a great 3d2n stay in 2 sea-view villas. The best room would be 247! The check-in staff wasn't too friendly, but the rest of the staff (restaurant, buggy, room service, etc) were helpful. The pool was clean, and the rooms were huge! The buggy ride to the room was also pretty efficient.

Review 87:The toilet & bathroom can't lock so as we have kids & elder folks it's a little weird as you have to tell the rest when using. Suggest to put more floor mat as the bath area can be quite slippery after coming in from pool area.

Review 91:Communication amount staff is very bad. I've emailed twiced but my feedback was not replied..This is my second time writhing in. Gave you guys 1 week to reply me, but there's no reply.I had a very bad experience during my stay at Hibiscus. It started from my check in. They made me stand in front of the counter for soo long and till I ask way soo long than they told me that my booking was not found. I was shock and showed them my confirmation email. They asked me to email them the email I got.I called 1 week in advance to check for my reservation and requested for my room to be decorated cos it's my wife birthday, they even in from me of the 400RM charges for room decorations. The funny thing is when I called the booking was able to be seen but when I reached to checked in they cannot find my booking. So my second question to the lady checking me in is, my room not decorated? She told no and she say the only thing She can get is a cake. I said ok but later she told me that there's no cake. How can u suggest some without checking it's availability. So I asked not event a slice? Than she when to check again. And came back telling me yes there is. I said fine ok. While she processing my payments, she told me another price. The reason is I ask for sea ok I'm fine with that but than she also charge me for the slice of cake. I told her put the cake under room charge cos I don wan to stand there any longer and make a since. When I reached my room while my wife freshen up. I call the manager to inform her my situation. The person who pick up call say the manager will call me back. When she call me back the reason she told me is there is no florist available and I told her it's not only regarding the decoration it's u only can give a slice of cake which I have to pay for it but on the phone the reservation lady can charge me 400RM for room decoration. So she say she can give a 1kg cake. I told her 1kg cake for 2 person not right.

Review 93:To provide lightings at pool area so we can chatting while sitting with the sea breeze. To provide lightings below the viewing glass, so we or children can take look at the sea water or marine life below the chalet.

Review 99:My room was infested with flies. Every time I killed one, another two would appear. And the doors were all closed. I have no idea where they came in from. Flies were sitting on the bread in the coffee house. My wife suffered food poisoning after this trip. Check-in time is quite late, 4pm, and check-out time, 12pm. Food replenishing is very very slow. Was asked to wait ten minutes for them to replenish the nasi lemak.

Review 108:1. optional fee for request of sea facing unit was not stated during booking, nor during my request for one. Was told only upon arrival though I don't mind paying. 2. the coffee house was buzzing with flies during my dinner especially at the food spread areas.

Called to check out at 12 pm and kept calling more than 5 times to pick us up frm room it took 2 hours to fetch us frm room.. They kept saying will come 5 mins following up and all but the check out was so late we miised a reservation for a restaurant at kl bcoz of this late check out.. Very disappointing. Room is too small we got a room facing some renovation we didnt have privacy at the pool because the workers kept looking wat we were doin and workers was still working at nite. Very discomforting..

Review 136:Order food need to wait more then one hours ! Shutter slow all of the services slow ! Sauna room can't on & very smelly . Worst 5 star hotel that i went before !!!!

Review 137:The floor is not well cleaned and i have to clean it to allow my boy to look through the seethrough. And it being a new resort, there are many facilities not available. Even the beach is under construction, there is a excavator there making it not safe for our children. Access to areas outside resort is also very limited if you do not drive.

Review 138:The seethrough flooring, my 3yr old boy was so obsessed with it. The food at rosette and the japanese restaurant is not bad, though there is no other choice available.

Review 139:The service level was beyond great. There is free bungee service to your room. You can call for pick up in your room, and wait for one at the lobby when you return. There was one assigned staff who took care of the carpark and ensured that nobody was hogging the drop off points too.

Review 141:Everything was great! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I read the online reviews and was surprised that it was so different as described. We had such a lovely time there. Everything was perfect. Service was excellent.

Review 142:overall isn't a bad experience; hotel are clean and nice, probably still new though. private pool is awesome, the only thing is the hotel restaurant's quality for dinner isn't up to standard though breakfast is nice.
