Review 1：100% of my requests during my booking process are not been address properly. The hotel management did not received all additional request. Please make correction promptly.

Review 3：You can argue about the prices for drinks, £7 for a pint of Carlsburg is expensive in my world, however £7 for a pint where you are sitting under palm trees with a pleasent breeze and all you have to do to get your next pint is raise a finger, maybe thats Ok

Review 5：Could not get towels at the pool and one of the pool staff found time instead of getting towels to go into the undercover pool area and have a smoke, but its OK his mate was keeping an eye out for management, reported nothing done. Also it is not the only rule that is let slip, the club room is suppose to be 14 years and above, this was never enforced, I don't mind children however it is their rule so remove it or enforce it, on booking it is sated as a rule.

Once in the room there was no baby cot and I got a call, not kind, where they said me: we run out the bb cot! No way 5* MUST HAVE ... the late in the night we got the bb cot what could it append if i was stubborn?

Review 43：-The receptionist is nice and attentive especially when I personally requested a room located at high floor and far from family occupants. -I must say that the food at Nada Cafe is certainly one of the best spread breakfast that I had compared to any other hotel. The chicken porridge is so good!!! Tempted to go there again just for the food. -The location is just nice for me to go around Penang Island. -The Loss & Found Department is so nice as to couriered my fast charger back to me in KL. I'm truly grateful for the kind help. -Overall, the room is comfortable, the hotel workers are attentive and nice, fast check-in and check-out, nothing to complained about :)

Review 52：The people at thr counter. We were standing there at the reception but they didnot greet us and we greet them first. Upon checkimg, they didnot explain where is the way to our rooms, didnot explain the bfast time and where. My friends hold a reunion dinner there and promise that those whom attended the dinner n stay in this hotel can check in early. But when I arrived, this did not happen because I book through booking.com, not through the organizing commitee for the dinner. Parking is a problem.when there were concurrent 3 grand dinner simultaneously. Sinage is quite small and difficult for us to find our way to the restaurant or to the rooms etc. Its a nice hotel, but the staffs need to be more receptive to guests despite the diff colours of the skin.

The cheapest dirt bag hotels/guesthouses give you free wifi internet but not here in this "5star" hotel, 30rmb just for the pleasure of connecting (15mins"free") then a charge per mb afterwards? What century are wein?? Considering a monthly internet connection in Malaysia is ~50rmb,this is a shocker. There are no convenience shops around the hotel. Howdo I buy water? How do I buy some milk? How do I buy a chocolate bar? Icertainly won't be spending the ridiculous amounts they charge forthe mini bar... About a 2km walk down the hill for the nearestconvenience store... The location is ok but driving is required to getanywhere and buses are miles away. You can use their complimentary minivan service though which is good.

Review 65：1. Toilet with small died crocoach 2. Water filled up in the bath tub is very yellowish. 3. Poor response to our request for help to fix the faulty safety box. We had waited for 20mins after our 1st report to the desk operator. Then we made 2nd call to remind again, but the operator divert my line to another person. I was waiting for 10mins again before another person answer the phone. The person that answer the call just say to me the duty manager is on the way. After that, we waited for another 20mins , the duty manager still not coming. We made the 3rd call again to request for not to come already as we really need to sleep now as we need to wake up by 1am the next day. After 5mins, the duty manager finally appear. I believe as a 5 star hotel, you should understand all customer need. You should be aware we are going to take the 2am hotel shuttle bus to marathon. You should not let your customer wait for 1hrs and delay the sleeping timing.

Review 67：Sound insulation is very bad. I can hear noises from above and corridor very clearly. The shower cubicle is also always flooded while the bathtub does not have a shower screen. Staff was not very honest, despite paying with cash during check-in for the Penang Marathon feeder bus, they charged again on check out. They refunded only when pointed out. The Feeder Bus service meant specifically for Hotel Guest did not pick up Guests at the specific location as stated for the return trip. As a result there are 5 of us stranded for 2 hours under the hot sun before getting a return trip. We were lucky one of us had a phone to continue sending messages and calls to remind them of our presence. Hotel did not help in the arrangement for the return trip instead gave us the bus driver handphone no to do the arrangement ourselves.

Review 69：I was there for a marathon and the shuttle was expensive! Thankfully I didn't opt for it. Checking in was a bit chaotic but not too bad. Oh yes! You need more signage!! I got lost trying to find the hotel.
