Review 1：The tub was very rusty, and also when they cleaned room they left our door open. And we had very valuable and personal items that could have been stolen. Did not like that and did not feel like they secured our room after entering.

Review 12：Staff was rude. When checking out they send a maid to inspect the room, and she said a towel was missing, when we only received one in the room. I told the guy that we only got one towel when we went, which wasn't a big deal because we brought our own anyways. He kept repeating himself saying that every room has two towels. I repeatedly told him they only left one and he kept saying that and accused us of stealing. I argued enough to get my deposit back. Funny thing is my friend was also staying in that hotel and when he checked out they said the same thing, that they were missing a towel. Anyways if you stay here tell them to check the room and count everything that needs to be accounted for at checkout.

Review 20：I didn't liked the fact that I booked a room with two queen size beds and we were given a room with two standard beds. All booking information should be in the system.

Review 22：The towels are old and torn and were grey instead of white. I did not feel that I could use the towels because they appeared dirty and old. The hotel does not provide conditioner and the shampoo is extremely small...so don't forget to pack those. WIFI DOES NOT WORK!

Review 24：The bed was awwwwful. And there was water in our room- but the deal was broken when we got there and it was half empty. This was perfectly fine for a last minute 24 hour trip, but it was not a luxury hotel by any means.

Review 30：When we arrived to our room, we noticed the glass on the desk was broken, my husband immediately went to the front desk and advised them it was broken, they stated they would have someone check it out. Upon departure, we were told the glass was not broken prior to our arrival, that we broke it, however, they would not hold back on the $20 deposit we had given for the key and tv remote as a courtesy. I found it insulting as we had stayed there many times before and their approached was condescending and arrogant. Will not stay there again!

Review 31：In the past, service has been decent, rooms are not that update, however, for the price, what can you expect. Room was dirty and saw a few roaches.

Review 32：the price was good, location was about 7 blocks away from the clubs. Good to just sleep and save money doing other things in Rosarito. Don't think you are going to impress someone by bringing them here. Use it just to sleep. Safe parking was a plus.

Review 36：There was dirty tissue on the shelf of the closet. There was no toilet paper, or even a TP holder. We had to ask at the front desk for a roll. One front desk clerk was a bit surly - maybe he was having a bad day. The others were nice. We were trying to relax by the pool in the evening and there was a couple arguing loudly in the hot tub for a long time. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he just shrugged, as if to say, what can I do about it. That sort of ruined the evening. We won't go back.

Review 37：Beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and clean, there is a restaurant and bar on the property.

Review 38：No fastpass offered(3 hrs at the border). No ice chest allowedin rooms, no guests. Room had electric plug hanging out of the wall, Jacuzzi was full of brown bubbles. Ants in bathroom, tv not working right. My room was right across from the office and bar door-bar closes at 4:30 am and very loud music.

Review 100：Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was never received butthey can still rent us the same room we reserved only to find out thatwe had to pay more than what we reserved the hotel for in the firstplace. The receptionist was rude and blunt about the whole situation andalmost looked like he didn't want to rent us a room as he keptrepeating to us that we didn't have to stay there. In the end westayed the night and in the morning while waiting to check out I overheard that check out was at 2pm as he told another guest and he had toldus it was 11 am. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and thebiggest inconvenience ever.
