Review 1：The breakfast made in your villa is a bit boring, and can do with some more options. The villa only has housekeeping twice a week, so to keep up with towels is difficut. But they brought more on our request.

Review 2：The villa area is very quiet. Its about 10-15 minutes from the beaches but nice to relax away from the busy area. The villas are very modern with fantastic decor and an amazing pool. All the rooms have pool access with a great chill out area outside. The beds are comfy with a large bath tub. It was great to have the full privacy.

Review 3：When we check in ,I found some disgusting white worm on the sink.It is a horrible sense .And the location is very very far from the town.

Review 5：I've had a really bad experience with check-in reception, in fact my very worst in my years of travelling. Problem 1: We rented a car and arrived at the location by using GPS coordinates on booking.com. When we arrived, we called the phone number provided. A receptionist picked up the phone and said that the villa we booked was already given away. Why were we not notified in advance that our villa was given away and why were we not given any details of address changes earlier? Problem 2: She insisted to pick us up from a Familymart at the main road instead of from where we were. There are Familymarts everywhere in Phuket! And when we asked for an address, she couldn't give us one. We then decided to just follow our GPS's "nearest" Familymart and when we arrived, apparently we got the wrong store and the reception still insisted that we go look for her because we apparently went to a further Familymart. After insisting that she pick us up as she could not provide us with an address, she came to us and complained that we made her drive so far to pick us up. Problem 3: Upon arrival, I reminded her that we had a friend arriving at the airport at 1am that night, of which they had promised to make arrangements for. Her immediate response was, "I'm already sleeping at that time!". She made the arrangements for us in the end after I showed her documentation of the villa's confirmation for the taxi booking. My experience with Thais have always been pleasant, they're polite, considerate and kind to foreign tourists. This lady was the total opposite. Kindly note that our experience with the villa's cook and check-out reception was very pleasant.

Review 6：It was all that I could ask for in a villa. The deco was tasteful, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was very clean (some villas have lots of leaves in their pool and this villa had none). There were basic breakfast choices (4) which a cook came to the villa for us every morning and I felt that the good quality was good enough, nothing flashy. There were lots of bad reviews about location being difficult to find but I believe that with proper instruction and GPS, this problem can be overcome easily. Upon check-out, the owner took the liberty to come over to check if his villa could be improved in any way. Definitely no improvements required, because the villa was perfect in every way. Two thumbs up on facility!

Review 7：On booking I was asked to provide credit card details for guarantee butwas told to pay on arrival which I duly did. On return home it wasapparent that the room had already been pre charged in full. Twopayments , each 50% taken in advance of arrival and without notificationto me the cardholder (not happy, this should not happen and would havebeen unnoticed if I had not checked my bank statement). It is now onemonth later and I still await repayment of deposit which is nowapparently in transit via banking system. Communication with Easy homesand the Villa in the intervening period has not been easy (emails orphone are not always or quickly replied to). When you do make contactconversation has been polite but a month later I still await refund. Acouple of items to note here. Villa - when you take a charge - pleasenotify the card holder always Traveller - check your bank statementsbefore and after you go.

Review 8：(1) the villa was located in a small road in busy Nai Harn area. It is difficult and costly to go anywhere without own transport. (2) need to give cash USD500/15,000 Baht as deposit (3) water supply cut off during certain time of day causing considerable stress

Review 11：The Villa is really comfortable, the garden is very nice and the swimming pool is clean as well. Thanks to the management and the receptionist for everything. They make our holiday a great experience. The breakfast in Villa is so amazing. We will come back again.

Review 13：Everything was awesome. The villa complex is new, the villa is comfortable with contemporary design and fully-equipped kitchen, which has even washing machine. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We have been given a local cell phone at the arrival and could call our manager to solve any problems we had: was it a taxi booking or ordering some food.Private pool and huge patio made our stay unforgettable. The location was very important for us. If you like walking you can reach one of our favourite Phuket beaches - Nai Harn beach - even by walk.

Review 15：You will enjoy the clean and spacious villas and clean pool all to yourself. If you prefer privacy and the serenity with your love ones, this is the place to be. The staff are very friendly and the service is really good. Breakfast served in the morning is really good. There are some convenient stores within walking distance in case you need to get some stuffs like medical supplies or even groceries.In case, you want to venture out, rent a car, the villa is only few minutes away from Patong and the Phuket town.

Review 16：We stayed only 1 night at Villa Suksan, and we had a hard time leaving this beautiful villa. The villa is very clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice decoration. Loved the tub. We loved roaming around the house, swimming and lounging by the pool. We had A LOT of help from our villa attendant, she is very friendly and helpful. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and will surely be back.

Review 17：This was the perfect place to vacation with the family. The area is quiet and peaceful. Inside the villa is a large, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and large bedrooms. The best attribute of this place is it's location. The area is not as busy or as wild as other areas in Phuket. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Lighter traffic in this area make it easy to get around on a scooter from the villas - well worth the rental. On a scooter, you have a choice of 2 beaches within a 5 minute ride. The staff is simply amazing. We will come back again.

It was amazing, and I felt incredibly lucky to be able to find this place. I travelled with my family and enjoyed the most serene and tranquil space. I felt safe, extremely spoilt in a gorgeous and luxurious villa, and enjoyed the walks around Nai Harn beach, talking with the very generous and friendly locals. The staff are the most sweetest staff you will come across. The receptionist staff are just fantastic, good English and very helpful. Review 20：Too many insects and frogs.The electricity bill is consider expensive.Stay for one night I pay about $50 SGD for the electricity bill.

Review 22：This is the first time that my boyfriend and I decided to stay in a villa rather than a hotel and I have to admit that I am now a fan. This villa is really quite fantastic. It was only both of us but we had a three bedroom villa to enjoy. We can even cook and the atmosphere is like being at home but in an island paradise. It's away from the crazy bustling Patong beach. It's quiet and it was a great time for me to spend a wonderful weekend with my boyfriend. If we wanted to go around the island, we did that with a scooter. The staff is really friendly and helpful and I felt really happy with my stay here. I recommend this place to whoever who wants to have a quiet time in this island paradise.

Review 23：Situated away from the hustle and bustle of busy beaches, lie a hidden gem. Nice, relaxing place to chill and enjoy a cool dip in the enclosed pool. Daily Breakfast is freshly prepared in the villa. Local eateries is available a short walk to the Main Street. Would highly recommend renting a car as it is quite a distance from attractions.

Review 24：Wonderful quiet lovely near Nai Harn Beach probably the best beach in Phuket Lovely little village nearby and great local restaurants. Place I spotless clean. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The beach nearby Nai Harn is gorgeous - clean white sands and the water crystal clear Would go back again had a wonderful experience.

Review 27：The water from every faucet stinks, with a sulfur odor. Technician was sent to clean the filter but didnt solve the problem. The owner of the house is very nice, came to check as well, but again the issue persisted. Recommend the owner to take fix this. It's the only problem of the house. The fact of having cleaning service twice a week is a pain. Also be aware of the electricity bill of 8thb per KWh charge, while the Electricity co charges 4.5thb per KWh.

Review 28：Very modern, clean and new. We loved the stay, total of 6 nights. Having this piece of heaven in privacy is fantastic. My family didn't want to leave the villa. It's 10 min walk to restaurants and 7 eleven, recommend to rent a car or a scooter. The beach is 30min walk. Nai Harn beach is very quiet and gorgeous. I would definetely recommend, and stay again if back to Phuket.

Review 30：Amazing villa, spacious and a best place to relax. Great villa with garden and private pool. So comfortable, you wouldn’t want to leave at all. Amazing facilities to make you feel at home. Every small bit of detail has been taken care so well just to make you feel home. The receptionist was helpful and really kindle.

And I believe washing machine is useless because of rust water.

Review 36：From the first day we arrived, the water from the taps, showers & sinks gave off a terrible odour when the water was turned on which lingered through the whole property.. The staff did their best to fix it which we appreciated & it was lessened somewhat but the smell was still evident the whole time we were there.. This made it difficult to completely relax as there was always someone coming to the property to either try to fix the problem or others doing their normal maintenance of the property-which meant a disruption every day of the 7 days we were there.

Review 41：Nice villa, very clean and better equipped than most. Good location in the heart of Nai Harn. Many great bars and restuarants within five minutes walking. Staff lovely from maids to reception and no charge for keeping room on after usual check out time. Lovely pool again well looked after and clean .
