Review 1：Wifi was a little bit hit and miss

Review 2：Great hotel with very smart comfortable rooms and very plush shower rooms - lots of nice touches! Great value for money being Western European.

Review 3：Wifi not available in our suite, just had to walk along corridor to get signal. A hook on the wall for the shower head would have been useful

Review 4：This is our 2nd visit, and this time we were upgraded to a huge suite with every comfort. Restaurant food very good, friendly service. Lovely position overlooking park on one side and river on the other. Beautiful swimming pool (free to guests), Town centre 5 mins walk.

Review 5：The music in the restaurant and on the terrace was VERY loud… At a certain point the music from the restaurant interfered with the one from the terrace: two drums with two different drum beats - not a quiet dinner. We hardly eat. We did not know how to run away sooner.

Review 8：This was not our first stay in this hotel. Like always there was a friendly staff, a very clean and well equipped room with all the modern facilities. This time there was a worthy breakfast (incl. full english just w/o pudding) with a good choice of various food. With a bargain price during a low season this is really a strike.

Review 9：Breakfast was poor for a 5 star hotel. Lots of choice, but not great quality. The hotel were hosting a wedding reception and put guests including myself in rooms immediately above the function room. Blaring music until 11.30pm was not appreciated, the hotel was not full and they should put guests not involved with wedding in rooms on higher floors where the music could not be heard.

Review 30：We did not like the cigarette smoke that comes into our no-smoking room through the heat/air unit, or the fact that smoking is allowed in the lobby and restaurant. It is very challenging for people who have asthma and are allergic to smoke.

Review 31：The room is very comfortable, the restaurant has some vegetarian options (could use more), the hotel is very elegant and it is close to where we conduct business while in Bistrita.

Review 32：Everything. Spacious, well equipped rooms. Excellent service. The facilities are superb and the position ideal: right next to town centre but with lovely views of river and mountains at the back. The front of the hotel looks out onto a splendid park which is one way into town.
