Review 1：Facilities are out dated, mould on the sails enclosing the motel, exposed wires hanging out of the wall, door knobs broken, carpet pieced together with tape, pool was so disgusting that the kids couldn't swim in it, beds uncomfortable, not enough blankets, pillows had no pillow cases, power point hanging off the wall, bedding not changed from previous guests, noisy and paper thin walls, lights in foyer kept on all night which shone into room keeping us awake and the water fountains are noisy too. Not such a comfort inn.

Review 3：Room not cleaned, when we asked for some towels we were made to feel like we put the girl on the desk out but the day before she was happy to flirt with the guys and give them a heap of help. Bed had a spring protruding past the mattress and into your butt. Hand basin leaked all night

Review 5：The motel needs upgrading regarding carpets in the atrium, pool area was mouldy and surrounds breaking up. Snail trails on the carpet in the dining/breakfast room. Restaurant closed even though it was Christmas New Year peak period. Toilet was running all the time, no tap to turn it off. Outside lights on all night in the entrance to room, difficult to sleep. Common areas not properly cleaned.

Review 7：Decor is a little dated, however room was huge, clean and the bed very comfortable. All rooms face inward toward a lush looking garden, so rooms are devoid of traffic noise. Staff very friendly. I rate this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bed and a good nights sleep.

Review 17：The biggest frustration for me was the location of the hot and coldwater taps that operated the shower, which I kept accidentally bumpingwith my elbows affecting water flow and temperature. The advertisedcable tv channels were not working during our stay.

Review 18：The hotel is convenient to Canberra Airport and in a quiet part ofQueanbeyan. The room was spacious with satisfactory furnishings. Thewash basin is separate from the toilet/bathroom that has a showerover bath setup. There was a generous bench area with the wash basin.Free wireless internet and private parking was available. Rooms are ontwo floors and surround an internal, tropical garden layout, with asmall, indoor swimming pool.

Review 19：The cleanliness of the room. Tablecloth on table dirty. I removed the cloth and was not replaced in my two day stay Half bottle of milk in fridge found in fridge. Water left in jug from previous visitor Had a bath which was not cleaned following day. One towel left on second day. Screw on floor behind bathroom door cut my foot. OH&S concern. Pubic hairs on bathroom door on my arrival

Review 23：Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Tablecloth on table was dirty. The smell of mould overpowering but that I think came mainly from the shade sails covering the pool and garden (they were almost black) Very run down and dated.

Review 31：The room was lit up all night from the lights outside in the carpet/pool area. Even with the blinds fully closed the room was not dark at all. There was lots and lots of noise outside our room very early in the morning from other families. One morning there were children screaming and playing in the pool at 7.30am. This is unfair for people still trying to sleep.

Mould in the shower grout. Toilet door wouldn't shut properly. Could hear the whine of the water through the pipes. VERY thin walls, could hear everything from the other room next door. Pillowcases yellow & flat. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, 2 different height single beds DO NOT make a queen/double bed. So called free WiFi... password NEVER worked, so couldn't connect.

Review 57：I asked for a wake up call to catch a 5am bus to the airport which I was told would come through to my room. Call should have been 4.30 bus was 5am I woke by pure luck at 4.40 got dressed hurrried down stairs 4.55 bus had already gone. Not happy

Review 60：The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The position is superb for Canberra Airport and parking is safe and secure although not undercover which doesn't worry me. The restaurant is also very good.

Review 71：The WiFi. We could not access it during our entire 4 night stay. Despite showing up as an available network, the staff provided password did not work. Several staff insisted that I keep trying from different areas of the building. Clearly, the wrong password was provided to me, multiple times, whilst assuming that I didn't know better. But I am a company executive and an MBA graduate. I know better than that!

Review 75：Rooms freezing and the air conditioner is set right next to the top bunk in the family room - couldn't have that on otherwise my daughter would bake so we all froze. Food basic and overpriced for what you get. The waitress who served us was rude, didnt give us veggies with the steak my husband ordered and hit my 5 year old in the head with a plate with little apology. The wifi didn't work either and nobody was on the freezing cold reception to help.

Review 76：It was cheap and a place for us to rest our heads with nice free biscuits in the room. It's an interesting design inside - all the rooms surround a fake indoor garden with a huge canvas roof. I imagine it's great in hot weather, especially ith a dip in the pool. Not so much when it's freezing cold winter.

There is only a bit of a lower ledge that you can step onto, then sit on before entering the pool and then you have to pop yourself up onto it then crawl out. This makes it challenging if not impossible for some.

Review 103：We arrived there on Sunday afternoon to be told that the restaurant was not open and that we could get dinner at a restaurant down the road. This was also closed, and being in an industrial area, there was nowhere else so we had to resort to getting take away pies from the local petrol station or go into Canberra by taxi at great expense. We were also told that we could not use their shuttle service to go to the airport on the morning as we had booked through Booking.com and that if we had booked directly, we would have been able to use the hotel shuttle service. We therefore paid $28.00 to get a taxi to the airport. Although the bed was comfortable, the place had a shabby 'unloved' feel about it. The phone was also no working.

Review 118：This accommodation was lacking in many ways. Of greatest concern was the broken power outlets (one cracked with wiring exposed and another falling off the wall). This was a family room where children could have been hurt. Hairdryer also had a message "do not use will blow up" written on it. Room was shabby, furniture peeling and carpet gaffa taped. Towels were threadbare or holey.
