Review 1：Room had poor noise isolation and I could even hear my neighbors talking one night. Unfortunately hotel doesn't offer any indoor facilities besides restaurant and bar and was lacking a panorama terrace accessible to customers. Room was clean but lifts and corridors could use more love.

Review 2：Everyone in the staff was outstanding, from reception to restaurant staff. They made everything in their power to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Location was 100 metres from the hurtigruten. Breakfast was very good.

Review 9：There was a reconstruction of the breakfast room, while the hotel was full. This resulted to a deterioration to the quality of breakfast, which had been excellent before. The cleanliness of the room was not optimal.

We would have been happy with a bar meal, but they were not available, not even chips or peanuts. The offer of pizza or hamburger in a dark pub accompanied with loud music was not so tempting to us.

Review 80：I made a reservation 4 months before my stay and requested a room with a view of the sea. I did get a room, you could have a glimpse of the sea beyond a warehouse and the back of non-descript buildings. The hotel could not give me another room with a better view. The room was uncomfortable, no closet, a tiny rod to hang a couple of things. If your coats are wet,good luck to dry them! The twin beds were very narrow, 20" wide!! The bathroom flooded every time you took a shower, no bath mat and there was just enough room to keep 2 tooth brushes around the sink! There was nothing to like about the hotel.
