Review 1：Management should: - increase the number of piccolos with electrocars - one for the hotel is a joke, we had to wait 15 min at the parking under the sun - get more tables at the restaurant, at pick times it's hard finding a table - streamline the car arrival proces - you drive to the parking gate where you are told to go to the hotel gate, but after they check your reservation there you drive back to the parking and start waiting for the piccolo... Ideas for the piccolos: - convert some of the guards - centralise the service for all of Duni
