Review 1：Ive got a room that was on the other side of the building. We had to take a long walk to the room across a bridge. Will be a big problem if you have heavy luggage.

Review 13：The sunlight hits directly onto the wall where the headboard was situated. This causes the inner surface of the wall to be rather hot in the afternoon resulting the whole room to be quite warm. Air conditioning did not do much help in the afternoon. (Room 208)

Review 23：The hot shower was good, but it wasn't available at all the time. We highly recommend the management to add air fragrance in the washroom, breakfast will be needed in future and we're aware that the cafe is under renovation.
Review 24：The check in was smooth, fast and easy. They provided an excellent stay with proper bed, TV, working air conditioner and lovely setup of the room.
Review 25：The room air-con not cool at all, we are taken the room which is facing the sun right beside of the big car park space. It's damn hot when afternoon especially evening time. We had make complaint to the reception person but they said will come to our room and check the air-con but end up no one come over to check. As I know they used to it for this kind of complaint through our tele-conversation. Please improve or tinting the window. Beside, I had put my requirement when booking this hotel, but they not even care on my requirement. Waterfront could be a very famous attractions for tourism please be improve when it become worst. Review 26：Heater issue, I cud nt use the heater for more than 5 mins. The next person who wants to shower did not get to enjoy hot water.tats bad!

Review 28：1. There's no floor mat at the toilet entrance. 2. The towels seem so poor and looks recycled. 3. A suggestion to revise the room rate. The difference of RM21 in between sea view and city view were not relevant at all.

Review 30：Requested for extra pillow from 5pm,they didnt send to our room even called for the second time at night and the reception has inform us that all the pillow is in the stor they doesnt have the store key. :( I'm not happy of the late check out charges and thats was only late for 15 to 20 minutes and charges was Rm15.00.

Review 32：There is no mineral water, no hair dryer, the air-cond in the room were not powerful enough to keep the room cool, no astro, no mini-bar, not include breakfast, they provide kettle but u need to bring your tea/coffee/sugar along.
Review 33：My experience stay at this hotel for 1 night - for me the hotel is good, the location is great. Near to everything your needs, etc-Mcd, starbucks, domino pizza, 7e, restaurants, banking and many more in walking distance. If you are tired and need massage, it's also near to Bangkok spa and reflexology. To Teluk Kemang beach, only taken 10-15 minutes drive but along the way to Teluk Kemang beach you can also passed by other beach which is much more near from the hotel. My room no 112 (Deluxe Queen) was spacious and also the bathroom. The room is quite. Easy parking. Overall, I really satisfied to stayed here and will recommend to my friends/relatives if they ask my opinion.

Review 40：Location is great, but staff disaster. They didn't change the sheets 4 days, and they ripped us off. In hotel is price of 160myr but they calculate 201 somehow and gave me hand written receipt. Overall good rooms and location but staff is disaster.

Review 45：My room was short of 1 pillow. I had 2 single beds but only 1 pillow. Requested but they said they could not give it to me cos full house...but I was short of a pillow! I had to use my cloths as pillow and no toilet paper. Had to call and ask for toilet paper. Toilet had urine smell when I checked in. I had to wash the toilet myself.

No senior staff at the counter and the receptionist seems to know nothing about GST. I will file this issue to the relevant authority. The air con was extremely hot and after complaint there sent a housekeeping guy to repair. What a joke. The guy look lost and do nothing. Nothing good and the worst hotel ever stay.

Start from 9pm,my room starts jumping because of the mysic was too loud!! We ask the hotel management whether we can change another room but all the room was fully booked, this we adk is thr any solution to solve this matter and the management told us to called police by ourself and doin nothing... At last, we communicate with the pub's staff to slow down the volume, we just get into bed on 3.30 in the morning! And the attitude of the staff reali worse! Please.. Lack of sleep reali spoiled our good mood and trip.. Is not easy to gather with family for a trip...

I must say this place are so comfortable,nice view, private garden, and easy to find place to dine. we manage to change to executive room with a reasonable priced after we discussed with this manager when we said we want a seaview. well.. it feels like sleeping in the 4 star hotel. if u want a peacefull, cosy, private holiday. this is recommended.
Review 68：We found out that the bed sheet was not changed. We tried to ask the staff but he said it was not his fault so nothing he can do. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. When we checked in, only one deluxe room is available. We ask for free room upgrade since they rent it out for other people. However, they refused to do so and ask us to pay extra for a family room. We travel in a big group and make us hard to change hotel suddenly. The management system is not good.
