Review 1：Greate location, specious quiet apartment full equipped kitchenete includind coffe tea biscuit fruits and more, large comfortable bed wifi, many electric sockets . The owner Paoulo, was very helpfull, took ouer luggage, to the second floor, erange us a permit from the police to park in the city center,breakfast was served in the coffy shope near the B&B, gave us a travel guide book on Abruzzo and answer any quistion we asked.

Helpful and kind host. Plenty of dining options within 200m. Great base while exploring Sulmona and its surrounds.

Review 7：You have to have a cell phone in order to call to arrange check-in which was a problem for me. Wifi signal was weak but I was able to use it for essentials. Paolo mentioned they are upgrading the wifi soon.

Review 22：B&B L'Annunziata is a wonderful B&B located right in the middle of town. With central access to everything, the location could not be better. Paolo our host was friendly, accomodating and eager to please. The B&B was stocked with breakfast, juice and milk when we checked in. The room was clean, full of towels and all amenities were in great shape. I could not be more pleased with this host and the accomodations. There is also a great restaurant and cofee shop; Bolognini, right outside the B&B in the main square. The gnocci was fabulous.

Review 24：Fantastic location in center of Sulmona which is a lovely town. Comfortable studio apartment with kitchen was great for cooking, but there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Host Paolo was helpful and provided wonderful suggestions for itineraries and beautiful places to see. Parking was available nearby on Via Porta Romana for free. Great value for this excellent B&B!
