Review 1：Lack of equipment..broken power socket..dim lamp..not bright enough..broken kettle..and many mosquitoes..shower heater not fuctioning well..when water comes out not hot..

Review 3：Staff not friendly, facilities not enough because towel not include and extra charges. They give us room that not finish renovation yet. And i ask to change room but had to wait 1 hour. Service very2 slow. Only have air conditioning in room only but not in living room.

Some of the sanitary fittings are rusty and produced unpleasent smell around the area..the wall fan is full of dust and some are in very bad condition. Attention should be given to the air-cond as well..The common building facilities also to be upgraded such as service lift ( only 1 lift is working ), the hose reel door is broken and expose to public which may caused vandalism...Apart fr that, Bldg mgmt also need to consider and give top priority on safety matters to all guess.

The refrigerator inside the apartment totally not function and this result the foods that I brought there all must throw away on the next morning. Bath room very dirty and old smelly. Review 38：The floor we got is an abandon floor, nobody where there and its only us. At first the staff give us room at the 3rd floor, but then we were given room at the 8th floor, because we asked for a higher floor. Little did we know that floor is unsuitable for living human and we did encounter with few incidents that makes your heart goes faster. Loud banging on the door when we just arrive for the first day, the sounds of moved furniture coming from upper room, the fan is on when we are coming back from dinner (yes, we switch off the fan before went out), sound of bell ringing for five times at 5am in the morning and finale is loud sound of pelesit in the room, started at 10 am until we walk out through that door at 1:00 pm. Well, at least now we know that the stories of this apartment is haunted were true. So guys, beware.

Review 44：Too many issues and all of them are centered around the EXTREMELY poor service. (1) There is hardly any housekeeping service. Upon checking in I was asked to pick up my own towels and toilet roll. (2) There is no proper reception office and there is no sign at all to show where to check in. Checking out (finding) the place is a great hassle. The info given was "MAYA Apt". There is no signage leading to the place. The person who answered the mobile no provided can hardly understand english and he could not even give proper directions to the place or guide you there without any fuss. The few locals I asked DIDNT know where is "Maya Apt" or "Baya View Apt". Of course they know PD Marina but why cant this simple info be clearly provided upon booking. Why use "Maya Apt" where there is no sign indicating this apt and even the locals dont even know abt its existence !!! (3) There is no remote control to the air-con and TV in the room. They promised to deliver the remote but that was ALL they did - Promise and didnt show up nor came to the apt to check. (4) There was no housekeeping service throughout our stay and we had to clear our own rubbish. (5) On check out time (12 noon), the "office" was locked !!!!!!!. We were asled to throw the keys through the front grill !!!! Is this what you describe as a resort offering 3-star services ?? My impression is that it is a family run business and the family members come and work as they like.
