Review 1：The advertisement stated that there was a wardrobe & one would presume drawers! That was apparently in another location....misleading. No screens on windows. Food (extra) was ok but sat in the warmers for a long time. The cook was very accommodating though. The chairs weren't made for the tables & were very low....! At least 10/15 mins by taxi to Bucerias or Nuevo Vallarta...No shops nearby.
Review 2：The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, going the extra mile! The bed was very comfortable. Good for a short stay.
Review 3：The electronic door key did not work; sometimes the pass key from the desk did not work. An employee had to come let us inall the time. There was a broken shelf in the bathroom; we had to ask for towels as there were none. I won't use Booking again; this was the 3rd time out of 6 reservations where we arrived and the hotel had no record of our booking.
Review 4：The staff tried their best to help even though they had no record of our reservation. They printed off my email conf. from Booking.com and used that. although their English was limited they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Review 5：In that price, there is not all inclusive, if you have time, you canbook riu online in 1-2 month advance, and it will not expensive a lot.And there is no glass, no body wash shamboo.
