Review 1：We stayed for 6 nights but only had housekeeping with clean linen once during our stay.

Review 2：Very spacious room, kitchenette and washing machine was extremely convenient. Pool was freezing but lovely.

Review 3：I didnt like how i had to remind the house keeping lady every now and then that i needed my floor cleaned.

Review 8：Bed was terrible. Actually put my back out. Was dreading sleeping on last night but couch was too hard & short for that option. It was fine for sitting on though - it's intended use! Didn't feel need for coffee machine. Took up too much space. Coffee shop across road. Kettle is fine. No view to rave about so kept blinds closed most of time.

Review 9：The location was great. Close for business & city Centre. Staff assisted with queries quickly. Cleanliness was acceptable but could use bit more attention. It was quiet. No noise from other rooms which was great for concentrating on work.

Review 10：I didn't realise there would be no balcony access or that it was a smoke free hotel. Had I been a non smoker this would've been a bonus. We stayed at this particular hotel so we could walk to a concert we were attending at the Tivoli however we had to drive as it was further than we thought, also the lousy weather influenced the drive too. The bathroom was very dated. I looked under the bed, for something I'd misplaced and noticed how dusty it was under there. A toaster and a fry pan would've been handy in the room instead of a wok. Steel utensils attached to the BBQ would've been handy as we only had the plastic spatulas from the room to use.

Review 11：On arrival and departure the receptionist was very pleasant & welcoming. I didn't think to take note of her name unfortunatly. We were impressed with the complementary bottles of water supplied in the room. We made use of all the facilities, even though we were only there for one night. My husband had an early morning swim after a workout in the gym then he cooked a breakfast on the available BBQ. Everything was efficient and clean.

Review 12：It didn't look anything like the pictures. Room was a lot more outdated than the pictures of the modern rooms on the website and my view consisted of a dirty tin roof

Review 17：Do not book this hotel, you will have cockroach's in your room, no one on reception, pay $10 per day just to use the hotel's car park, super limited wifi, 1GB for your whole stay, unhelpful and cranky staff when you do get to see them! What a disgrace!!

Review 18：A bit of difficulty getting my luggage at the end, which I'd arranged to collect at the end of the conference I was attending...but all was cheerfully resolved in the end. Also a bit tricky to park outside if being dropped off.

Review 36：Just stick to your traveling basics and you will be ok bring extra toilet paper, extra towels , if u intended on using the cooking facilities bring a little extra cutlery. I suggest contacting the Ridge On leichhardt directly after booking online to reserve a carpark and ask about there garage remote system.

Review 37：The location is perfect 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station and 10 minutes walk to queen street plaza there is a twenty four hour convineince store directly across the street perfect for late arrivals like myself. Rooms are well furnished,clean and secure the security extendeds to the entrance and carparks, fantastic place to stay.

Review 38：room was way over priced $450 per night what a joke, room had a funny smell, bed was old and out of shape carpets old and stained, hair all though the bathroom, Elevator not working had to walk up 7 floors not happy

Was obvious there was construction going on also, didn't give the best vibe. I appreciate the upgrade, but I didn't feel the room had nice ambiance. I had booked a studio room because of the pictures online, and hotel were unable to accommodate me to the room that I originally wanted. They said they were booked out so I couldn't switch, but not always sure if they were being honest, or if they didn't want to swap my room.

If it were an accurate portrayal i would never have made the booking. stayed over several nights and was never offered/given another laundered towel. fridge was not secure as was the microwave that sit precariously atop the fridge. Everything was stained i just felt like cleaning and sanitizing the whole room.

Review 102：The room was dated and in severe need of decoration. The carpets were dirty and had iron burn marks. The view was poor, and facilities in the room lacking. There was an ISDN line, but no wifi. How do you plug an IPAD in to an ISDN line!? The pool is always in the shade! Overall, not value for money, dated and dingy. I would not stay here again.

Review 105：the first room we were given was atrociuos. The walls were dirty and the carpet dirty had burn marks on it and it had holes in it around the edges. I booked an aprtment with laundry facilites. The first one did have a machine but the second room which was better did not. We were not compensated in any way.

I was expecting to see a dining room or at least, something to get food from and there was nothing - not even a guide to where I could go for a meal within the local area. The text sent to me regarding collection of the room key did not even identify who it was from. Lucky I didn't delete it or I would not have known the code needed for the safe.
