Review 1：Despite the fact that we got a non smoking room someone nearby was smoking and the room was full of smoking smell. The staff didnt offer to change the room when we mentioned the problem and only said they were sorry (I must say that we didnt insist on it or didnt specifically ask them to change the room - it was just expected that they offer to do so when facing such complant) otherwise a very good hotel with nice staff.

Review 3：got a room at the back side of the hotel and view was towards a place where construction materials were dumped. hot water took a while to reach our room. very small elevator.

Review 5：The location. On a busy road beside a roundabout and a filling station. It was a bit noisy. Also there were loose electrical sockets in the room. And it seems like people are allowed to smoke in the corridors ib the hotel as there was a definite smell and there were ashtrays by the chairs beside the lifts.
Review 6：too far from town center...this was also the weekend of a private wedding celebration at the hotel bar, restaurant resulting in no place to relax for other hotel guests. music was loud and constant for 10 hours. earplugs required.

Review 12：The only downside of this hotel is the parking lot. Sometimes you do not have space to park your car and you are required to park it in the gas station which could be blocked by gas station employees, and you need to go ask them to move their car in order to leave. A bit uncomfortable especially for foreigners.

Review 34：The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their English was very good and they had useful tips of places to visit. The room was comfortable and the shower was good.
Review 35：There was a party in the main restaurant which lasted all night finally finishing at 06:50. The music was so loud we barely slept at all, it disturbed us throughout the night. I asked to see the manager the following morning but was told she was away for a couple of days. The staff were very aware of the problem the all night party caused but were powerless to do anything. Maybe if a manager had been present the situation would have been different.
