Review 1：I found some of the staff 'Larria' (Curley Red Hair) in particular very rude and unprofessional within management.
Review 2：Great Spa, facilities and Thermal Pools and Lake. Food was fantastic and beyond expectations.

Review 5：As a solo traveler who booked with booking.com, apparently I was charged twice for breakfast because I had a double room. If that is really booking.com's policy for solo travelers, I find it completely unfair. The room was lovely - I just think that for the price, the hot spring should be included. It was 1/2 price for hotel residents.
