Review 1：Some of the rooms have view on internal small courtyard of some sort so the view is not really pleasant. Some plants would make the view much better.
Review 2：The atmosphere is very nice, owners are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very testy especially the fresh orange juice and scrambled eggs. Very close to the beach along nice touristic street.
Review 3：The hotel is in a superb location, only a minute walk from the beach. It is managed by a very friendly couple, and they are amazing hosts. The food and the bar is excellent, rooms are very clean. Wi-Fi was very good, no problems whatsoever. The area is very family friendly, with a lot to do around. Brilliant hotel, we will definitely go back!
Review 4：We were treated by the delightful owner who immediately offered us refreshments and showed us to our immaculate room. Most important for our night stop was that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom very smart. Breakfast was excellent.
Review 5：Nothing really but when we booked the Hotel we didn't take into account the stairs! We took our 81 year old Mum who found the stairs a bit of a struggle. Not the Hotels fault, we should have checked before we booked.

Review 39：A typical villa has been refurbished with a modern interior resulting ina fine mariage of old 'grandeur' with modern luxury. Nice ownerswelcome you with a glass of wine and in the morning serve a very nicebreakfast, eggs and bacon included! The rooms have been renovatedrecently and have all modern conveniences. The coast is just around thecorner, shops, bars and restaurants are also in the neigbourhood.
Review 40：We requested a room on first floor which was on the small/compact side although it contained all amenities. There is no lift/elevator and the staircases (3 floors) can be a struggle if a bit elderly or not too mobile. However, when you do reach your room the climb is worth it. Not a criticism but the restaurant was not open during our 2 night stay. We would have extended it if we could to try it - because if its anything like the breakfast the meals will be scrumptious!
Review 41：Totally refurbished - very modern, clean and comfortable. Made very welcome and offered a drink on arrival. Super breakfast with eggs as you like them, real coffee and fresh orange juice! Mini-bar in room. Helga and Toms have spent a lot of time, thought and money on Villa Alice (which apparently was a name found on very early deeds but appears not to have been used previously). The service they offer is first class. Villa Alice is close to beach and the tram stop. We went to Ostend for a ride. Great fun.
Review 42：not a problem for young people, but keep in mind that there is no elevator in the villa. One can always ask to get a room at first floor.
