Review 19：-The pool could have been cleaner. -They are pretty inflexible with late check-outs. -When we asked front desk, for the taxi rate from Avilion back to Seremban Bus Terminal, they quoted us a ridiculously high amount (MR100). Our taxi driver charged us only MR50 from Seremban bus terminal to Admiral Cove. Luckily he had given us his phone number, so we called him for the trip back :)

Review 20：-Studio suite with ocean view was lovely. -Room was clean overall. -King size bed was very firm and comfortable. -Breakfast was good, but Dinner buffet was even better: surprisingly diverse and tasty. -Staff were helpful and friendly. -Many activities to do on-site, no need to leave the resort. -Very good value for the money.

Review 93：The curtain, bed sheet, cushion, sofa chair have dirty yellowish marks on them. They did not change it. Also, the buffet breakfast is so disappointing. I used to be their regular customer. I have not been going there since 2 years ago, just went there last Monday, so disappointed on how they manage things.

Bed was not very comfortable for a 4-star rated hotel. The air con was giving loud noises throughout the night. While most staffs were friendly, the same cant be said for Mr Firdaus (F&B manager, I think) who was rather moody and bossy to the guests. Not a single smile from him. Variety of food was poor and cold. Room facilities are lacking (no WIFI in the room, bathrobe) and location of the table tennis table was poor. The beach is not so clean and poorly maintained.

Review 106：The corridors are soulless, gives it a cold feel. The nightly rate too expensive for what it was. Buffet breakfast was terrible. Egg chef outside, no fresh juice or fresh produce. If the coffee had been freshly brewed I might have over looked the food!

Review 112：-breakfast was full and need to wait in line. not much choices either. probably can give a cheaper room rate without breakfast rather than charging it together. -checkout also had to wait in line although there were 3 counters opened for checkout. this probably because of the strict 'checkout is at 12pm' rule as it also stated that checking out later than this will impose additional charges.

Review 113：-place was nice for a family, nice beach, but you'll need a transport to get to nearby restaurants. As we have our own car, i'm not sure what options are there. I'm pretty sure the hotel can help arrange something. -there are many activities available, including high ropes, suitable for team building. you can rent bikes/push scooters (the ones without the motor), archery, and many others -unfortunately during our stay there was really bad haze hitting the country, so we didn't get to enjoy the place much.

Review 115：It had a very perfect location which is really near to the town and other good location such as Teluk Kemang. The petrol station also really near to the hotel. But you never feel like being in the 'town hotel' after all.

Review 116：The swimming pool was very poor maintained. Pool floor was very dirty with dried leaves & sand. There is no SPA facility. The room power kept tripping off around 15 times over a short period of 10 minutes. Called the reception but no one came to check. Did some adjustments with the key card holder for the power & thankfully there was no power disruptions after that.

Review 120：Booking.Com and other website doesn't explain that Superior rooms are not sea facing, instead facing away from the sea. The hotel advised only Studio suite and above are facing the sea. The Sailor's shop is expensive with limited menu and the food are nothing to shout about. Rooms are close by and the wall is not really sound proof, we could hear the noise and footsteps during the night from neighbouring rooms / floors.
