Review 1：For our last day we booked a tour with the tranvia through the hotel. They told us to be at the hotel at 12 o´clock so we did as we were told. Then they told us you had to be here 10 min before and that they would see if we could join the next one. The lady that called the tranvia was not friendly at all and even snapped at us for not being on time. It was not our fault that they forgot to mention all the information! I would not advise to book anything through the hotel since they can't manage to tell you all the right information and then not being professional and apologetic about it.
Review 2：Great location and our room 205 was beautiful. We first were placed in room 115 but this one had no windows and felt very dark and small. Then we asked if we could change and that wasn´t any problem.
Review 3：You need to be able to climb up/down a few steps to get to the elevator - so this could be a problem for some folks.
Review 4：Staff was excellent and the facility was very clean. We loved the location in the center of the historical part of town - but protected from the busy traffic noise. With the window open we could hear the local Christmas music from the nearby park! Sylvia and all the staff were wonderful and helpful with each question/request we had. Plenty of restaurants very near by. Holiday season is extra special. Be sure to request a room with a view!
Review 5：Only down side of room was it didn't really have a proper window so it was BLACK at night. Next time I would ask for a window looking out onto a landing or somewhere with light.
Review 6：Excellent location. Historical building. Room was very clean and had good facilities. Extremely high ceilings. Coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby was good. Shower was powerful, and space a good size. Aircon was useful. Free wifi in the reception. No views but absolutely no problem.
Review 7：The room we were given was in a bit of a dark corner of the hotel, way in the back, not very much light. Next time, I would request a room that faced the courtyard of the hotel.
