Review 2：I love the seaview, clean beaches and swimming pool(my children enjoy it!), a variety breakfast buffet and the steambath facility. Overall value for money, keep it up! Last but not least, thank you for the check-in staff namely Ms.Jenny who has attend me professionally and polite.

Review 3：Fridge is very old, older then the resort, air con not working, only 1 lift is working for whole building with 12 floors, it took us half hour to ground floor for our breakfast, at the end we decided take stair case with hand full with luggage when we check out.

The hot air from air-cond compressor at yard is terribly hot and flow from kitchen entrance and main entrance caused the room is very warm. The living room aircond is not cold enough may be due to the hot air from yard.

Review 30：Yes. I paid rm 720 for 2 nights stay and rm 100 for cash deposit. Total rm 820. During checked out, I get back rm 100 deposit. The bill total should be rm 720 but they only wrote rm 620. The duty manager (17th morning) explained it is normal because they deducted rm 100 refund for cash deposit.That is why the total rm 620. I teach her simple maths but still refused to amment the receipt. Is it normal practise to do it like this? And where this rm 100 gone to and I would have lost rm 100 if I didn't check my bill properly. Finally she ammended the bill, delaying my departure for almost 1 hour.

Review 32：One bathroom did not have hot water. The bed in one of the room was a bit hard. The pool was great. Near the pool they have rabbits and turtleand we can feed them. But it seems like no one was there during the feeding time.

Bathroom was seriously bad.fridge was making loud noise.. Breakfast was bad i had egg shells in my omelette staff was very unhelpful busy talking and with phones. Will never opt for this resort anymore its too bad.. Wasted my money and its not worth paid rm 850 for it. Not worth the money.

Review 71：The other small room does not have aircond but only fan so we fully utilized having another mattress in the hall. You won't be able to get wifi during day time. Wifi only starts about 8pm in the late evening until about 8am. Apartment has no TV remote.

Review 72：We really love the value for the price paid, we are happy that the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable with aircond in the hall and master bed room and we had also view of sea from our balcony and room. It has a nice clean beach. We saw their staff cleaning the beach every morning. Also we were surprise that we had nice breakfast spread of cereal, milk, nasi lemak, omelets, fried eggs, soft and hard boil egg, French toasts, bread, jam, porridge, sausages, potatos, red beans, pastries, porridge, salads, fruits and also vegetables.

Review 102：The area for the BBQ pit is a little restricted and small. They only provided 4 plastic chairs :( There are no service lift. So if you are unfortunate enough to use the lift after the worker cleared the trash, you've gotta learn to hold your breath for as long as it takes to reach your floor!! The small room is without aircond. That is rather sad...and it's really for a single person to sleep in. The beddings can really do with some upgrade as well.

Review 120：The unit that i got at the 2nd floor happened to have a poor bathroom, faulty water heater, and clogged toilet bowl. I had to call the maintenance people, but he came quick and settled it nicely. I happened to arrive on last weesak day, so there were huge number of people, plus a large group of people who had a family day. I failed to get an early check-in since the receptionist wanted to settle the check-out process of those people who had the family day earlier. I could understand that and came again at 3pm. But this time the queue for check-in was so long, it took me half an hour to get my unit key. This is what you get for coming on public holiday. So it's better to come on normal days. Otherwise, you have to get ready to face these problems.
