Hotel Leo sells fast on our site. Newly opened in September of 2014, Hotel Leo exhibits more than 220 art pieces throughout its gallery-style property. The hotel offers an on-site buffet restaurant and a bar below its 95 classic rooms. Property-wide WiFi and private on-site parking are available, both free of charge.

Review 1：The hotel was good in many ways considering the price of the hotel. Even though the hotel is rated three stars it has a nice facility in which it has a variety of paintings in many places like lobby, hall, and rooms. The breakfast was included and was ok and nicely served with fresh ingredients even though it was not fancy enough to serve all kinds of full breakfast buffet. Considering the payment, it is a nice and elegant hotel which is close to the airpot and the downtown of New Jeju area.

Review 17：Booked two rooms. Air conditioners of both rooms were not working upon checkin late in the evening. Had to wait for a long time before it was fixed and than we were able to get to sleep. Not a good experience and first impression. On second night, air conditioners did not work again. This time hotel staff was able to get it solved faster. Nevertheless it should not happen. Provided complimentary coffee and tea. But no sugar or milk to go with and nothing to be used for stirring. Lack of thoughts. Chambermaid forgotten to replace basic floor mat in the toilet.

Review 23：Excellent service by the staff. Good breakfast options. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the artwork that was all over the property. I also loved that it was very close to many restaurants and shops.

Review 24：The front desk staff didn't know what luggage rack is, they also refused to make a booking for us of the NANTA SHOW, but we could make it with a taxi driver, our room key couldn't operate the lift when we came back to the hotel after dinner,then we went to the desk n ask for assist, one man look like supervisor just said should pull out the door and keep playing with his phone……

Review 39：Hotel Leo is located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was courteous and their command of English was acceptable. The room was clean and of good size. If you want to stay in town near the airport, Hotel Leo is a good choice. It was very convenient to get to the airport for our early morning return flight to Seoul. Parking was available on site. We were able to get the car at any time by just giving them a five minute warning.

Review 40：Had some trouble with our booking details. Credit card reader had issues on check out. No pool.

Review 42：There is not enough space between the door of the bathroom to the shower, if you open the door widely it will get stuck by the towel, and it blocks the way to the toilet. I was a bit surprised that there is no electronic toilet seat since it's widely used in hotels in Korea.

Review 49：We requested for extra pillows and a blanket, but the housekeeping staff said that they don't have extra pillows and blanket. We called three times to ask but they insisted that they do not have. However, when we happen to pass by their stockroom, we saw many pillows and blankets there.

Review 50：Valet parking a bit inconvenient as I could not get ready access to the car. The drainage system in the shower is not very efficient. Had to lift the metal bar to allow the waste water to drain more quickly otherwise left standing in own dirty water

Review 58：The room is rather hot and stuffy during our stay, air con could not be control from the room as told by one of the staff that it centrally control. The instruction provided in the room is unclear. Luckily on our 2nd day, we managed to figured it out on our own otherwise the whole stay would so uncomfortable.

Review 65：The hotel is located 10 minutes from Jeju airport. On arrival, the staff welcome us and have prepared our room ready for us. The staff follow us to the room and expain the hotel facilities to us in details which many hotel did not do that. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they tried to explain to us in English and show us to the nice restaurant nearby. The staff also help us to translate to the private bus driver and tell the driver where we like to go. A part from that, We have our rooms upgraded and we got a very special surprise arrangement for our parent in view of our parents anniversary and we were very happy for that. The rooms are nicely and modern design and the bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
