Review 1：the quality of the beverages was rather modest - but we were somehow prepared (we had previous experience)- especially the beer

Review 2：we had a park view room - it was quiet and lovely, we enjoyed the hotel (we were at Marina Beach last year and it was noisy). the pool is quite close - it's perfect for small children . we arrived at around 13.00 and we were surprised to be let in the compound - big + from us!

Review 5：It's a good 10 mins walk to the beach which you would feel most on the way back as you go up the hill to the hotel. The umbrellas on the beach are made by almost transparent cloth providing poor shade in the sun

Review 6：Nice park area with a lot of options for nice walks. Good buffet restaurant at Holiday village which is closest option to dine for daily use. Don't miss your two meals extra in the a la carte restaurants one Italian in Bellville and one Bulgarian traditional at Holiday village. Huge private sand beach with sunbeds for each and every guest.

Review 7：1) Not a welcoming personnel at all. On the check-in date , we arrived at hotel's outer gate 1 hour earlier than the check-in time after a very long driving with 2 kids on a hot summer day but we were told to wait at the outer gate for 1 hour instead of a warm welcoming at the hotel's lobby. More interestingly , I phoned reservation desk to complain about this situation but I was told that I have to pay early check-in fee ( this was the hotel manager's suggestion ) if I still want to come to the lobby !!!2) rooms/carpets were smelly due to high humidity 3) quality of the foods and drinks was not worth of what I paid. All served food and drinks were the cheapest stuff in the market. 4) All inclusive is not TRUE as when I asked for the key of the safebox from reception , I was asked to pay about 7 levs per day for a safe box which was already existing in my room. 5) Internet is not free and is expensive as about 10 levs per day where in most resorts it is free of charge.

Review 9：Very nasty attitude from their staff. I've been going to this hotel for the last 5 years but this year was different. They kept us in sun in front of the resort gate for 3 hours with one kid and one infant because they didn't leave us inside of the resort until 1 p.m. even I anounced through booking that I'll be there between 10-11 a.m. We called the manager and his answer was that this is the policy for this year even the previuos years was possible to acces the resort before 1 p.m. The cleaning staff was very poor, they enter and cleaned our room twice in 7 days. And when we left the resort we were almost throwed out by the security staff, cursed and threatened because I parked the car in front of the hotel for 10 min to load the luggages. We will never go back!

Review 16：I had travelled quite a lot in Bulgaria, more than 22 times and I have seen a lot of resorts in different years on Bulgarian coast, but could not foundthis kind of behaviour anywhere else. The staff here, especially the reception staff is unprofessional and very rude. This kind of rude behaviour you will find also inside the resort from other staff (parking staff, guards).In the day of arrival at the resort , if you come earlier than 2:00 P.M., you are kept outside the resort gate and the guy from the entrance informs you that the entrance is at 2:00 P.M. It doesn't matter that is sun and you are staying in the sun, that they are kids that are staying in the sun, you just keep and waiting there till hopefully the door will be opened. This is not a normal behaviour by any means. I'm not talking about hospitality either.This behaviour has nothing to do with hospitality or with the tourism in general. The staff at the reception don't know the meaning of the word: check-out.The next question was: Do you want to leave the key at the reception? Maybe the English is not their strong point.You are called in the departure day in the room from the reception desk and asked to leave the room imediately before 12:00 A.M. just like that they suppose that you will not do it in the due time.It seems like the resort rule is the following: you are paying the money for your stay and you will do whenever we will tell you to do. This is their understanding of customer service satisfaction inside the resort.In the departure day, they will cut your all inclusive bracelet and afterwards the guards will suddenly ask you in the parking: hey, where is your bracelet? This happened in our way to the parking lot to take our car and leave the resort.Moreover in our last day we were supposed to have lunch, as we entered with dinner in the first day.

Review 17：Inside the resort is clean and the hotels are located in a nice location. The accomodation is satisfactory and well mantained.

Review 18：The personal was ok but the management is very weak. The hotel has an unfriendly politics regarding guests. I arrived around 1:30 o'clock , and I was asked to sit outside, at the door in the sun until 14:00 o'clock, when I was allowed to enter in the complex. Also in the last day they consider that I do not have to take the lunch because was included in the first day, which was a lie because they let us outside until 14:00 o'clock. So nice complex unfriendly guest politics. I will not come in the future here !

Review 19：In the self service restaurant they had a really cheap low quality wine, that gave me stomach aches. The food should have been more diversified, after 4 days it was hard to choose what to eat. The staff has a bad habit to become rude when you came with a problem that they can't solve and they don't have any soft skills in managing it. In the spa was a strong smell of chlorine, jacuzzi had cold water and the indoor pool as well and the steam bath wasn't functional.

Review 20：It was our third stay in the Duni Royal Resort and every year they've improved their services. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. The location is absolutely magnificent and this year the entertainment team put on a great show. The overall resort has a high degree of cleanliness. We are surely coming back because overall it's a great place for vacation and we maintain the hope that they will learn from their mistakes and improve as they did every year.

Review 21：Dunk Royal Resort is fantastic family resort. The hotel Belleville isvery clean and located at just 500 m from the beach. The resort is verynice and well maintained - you could enjoy the bulgarian sunny and warmweather either on the beach or by the swimming pool. The Duni beach isvery beautiful and if you have a chance you could see the dolphins veryclose to the beach, as we did :-)
