Review 2：We like this location...if you like combined holidays: having the beach near, at a short walk distance, but you would also like to visit Toscana with the car or go on some bike tours, this is the place you will love :-) The resort is clean, has cozy apartments, 2 swimming pools which swimmers can also enjoy in the evening (during the day they are full with children), a lot of green place (really nice). You can cook by your own or visit their restaurant (try the chocolate souffle here ;-) ). In the morning at their restaurant you can buy warm bread or croissants etc etc etc. If you want to feel free and you want to have a lot of opportunities from which you can choose each day during your holiday => try this place :-)

Review 8：few and minor: 1. we were on the beginning of June - in the first few days there was not too hot so the temperature in the apartment was fine but when a real hot days came AC was off and it was not too comfy especially on the mezzanine (so we went down to sleep in the kitchen on sofa bed (however comfortable). In the end of June when AC is still off would not be that fine. 2. Poorly soundproof rooms - you can hear very well your neighbors and their children :) 3. We did not have terrace or patio - be careful and make sure what apartment type you book 4. You get only one key to your apartment, for pool and the main gate – if you want to go out separately/split out - it can be a problem
Review 9：Generally fantastic place for really calm and pleasant seaside vacation. The residence has grate location and atmosphere - calm and intimate - not too big area and no crowded garden, paths and pool. Pool was very clean and placed in the garden with flowers so it was really pleasant. Maisonette is means one big open room with kitchenette and sofa bed and accessible by a wooden stairs mezzanine with double-bed, which could be easily used by family (2+2) (– however all open space). The kitchen was well equipped but there was no room service, cleaning, changing towels. The beaches accessible without problem nevertheless rather by car than walk – there are couple nice beaches there (Baratti, San Vincenzo) and can park for free in some places. All other places like grocery (Coop in Venturina) – only by car… I really recommend this place especially before high season. We will come back here once…
Review 10：There is no shop, you have to drive to one of the surrounding cities for food shopping. One of our mattresses was really uncomfy.
Review 11：The apartment was very nice, located close to the sea, perfect location for trips to Elba island.
Review 12：Pools were very cold No proper shop on site. Restaurant only sells limited goods. No free cleaning or change of towels offered during our stay of 10 days.
