Review 1：The entire experience was of the highest quality with wonderful staff in particular. We use it regularly and it certainly warrants its 4 star . A superb hotel.

Review 4：When I booked, the receptionist informed us that they had to put extra beds in the room( for our 10 years old son), but when we arrived, after caheck-in he told us they do not have extra beds (at a distance of 1 hour- at 11 PM)

Review 10：Very co-operative staff who allowed the party of us to stay over time in one room as we were launching the Anne Frank exhibition at the Museum.

Review 12：the refurbished rooms are 5-star like in all respects. Quiet, clean, King size bed with excellent bedding sheets, excellent cuisine, TV, Internet, WiFi, friendly staff.

Review 13：People smoke in the restaurant. This is very common in Romania. By the end of our 8 day trip I would get a stomach ache when walking in a restaurant because of the cigarette smoke. My partner got really upset one day when he saw people having breakfast and smoking around a toddler.

The air conditioning in the room did not appear to be working although we turned it on with all the windows closed and started the fan at 16 degrees for various hours, the room remained really warm.

Review 52：I ve been travelling to bistrita on numerous occasions andd I had the opportunity to stay in many different hotel. This hotel was the best hotel in bistrita i have stayed in for the moment. The rooms were freshly renovated with all the modern amenities (smart tv, wifi ...). There were also speakers in the toilets which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend this hotel for a first time visit to bistrita
