Review 1：The bathroom had a terrible smell. No breakfast was served on Monday - we were given a plate of food in our fridge the night before instead. The stove in the bar/restaurant was never lit, instead it had a small candle burning in it. Being January, it would be nice to have a fire!

Review 3：There was no parking space left when we arrived; the next morning we were told it was 'not allowed' for us to park where we had put the car. Neither the fridge nor the dishwasher worked; we were told that as we were only staying one night it was not worth moving us to a different apartment. We were told how we may be able to make the equipment work (since written instructions were only in Norwegian) but it still didn't help. We kept milk and yoghurt out on the balcony which as it was cold was ok but this would not be a solution in summer.

Review 8：No bad experience, but from the stock photos you don't see that there is a major road fronting the hotel. This gave us some road (truck) noise we didn't expect, especially sleeping with the windows open in summer.

Review 34：Everything. Perfect. Staff so welcoming and cafe /bar reception lovely with amazing views of the lake. Rooms (apartment) spacious and clean.
Review 35：- The bathroom door was broken - Water overflow in bath during our stay due to clogging in bathroom. - the Oven was not usable/dirty - No dish washing soap - The vacuum cleaner was broken and final self cleaning had to be done without it. Other option was to pay 750 NOK for cleaning. - The room shown on the booking.com page was in the front building with good view. But actual room we got is in an apartment building behind. - on our 10 bed accommodation, there were half of bunk beds on attic but only few single or double beds. the attic beds are practically inaccessible for small kids or older as there is no actual stairs, just adjustable climb stairs.
Review 36：- The stuff acknowledged the problem we had with Washroom and attended to it quickly. - Stuff were flexible about checkout time. We checked in 8 pm so we requested next day checkout at 2 pm and they agreed as there were no next visitors. - Plenty of amenities. - View from one of the two apartments was nice. - Specious apartments.
Review 37：We had a specious and clean apartment behind the hotel. There was lots of room to spread out and relax, a nice bathroom and an equipped kitchen. And the cafe food was excellent.
Review 38：The staff is very friendly. They really want to make you feel comfortable. They are open and accesible. I have stayed here several times and whenever I arrive I feel like coming home. Love the breakfast there as well. I enjoy the afterski party with live music.

The room ( we took family 5-6 personapartments) seemed to be underfixed( its mean that it was kinda of emptyand uncosy) but it was well furnished and has everything you need forstaying. There was no view to lake- only to another block of rooms. Nobreakfast included.
