Review 1：Not a great choice of lunchtime food, however, it was low season Restaurant seems expensive, and not a great choice, however "Elena" restaurant is 5 mins drive away and fantastic

Review 5：The breakfast was too one-sided and there was no bacon and scrambled eggs. They charge extra for sun beds which is a bit cheapand you have to buy a bathing cap in order to use one of the pools. Clean hotel though, nice rooms and an ok restaurant. Location is not great.

Review 9：Air conditioning is terrible and switches off when you leave room. Mini bar is not stocked, and when I tackled reception over 4 star hotels needing a mini bar to comply, I was told it does not have to be stocked!!! This is a family holiday hotel for those wanting to use the thermal spa.

Review 14：We needed somewhere to stay whilst travelling around tuscany. You need a car for this location. It was nice to have the pool and therme spa. The staff were great and the hotel was clean and new. Rooms were very comfortable. The food for breakfast was good. The evening meal was ok, the choices were a bit limited. Staff were brilliant and I would recommend staying here if your touring the area.

Pine trees on the long sand shores. - Great pleasure from one of the biggest outdoor pools with thermal water with warm water and hydromassage in inner pool in the mornings to start the perfect day :) - Terme&Spa in the hotel plus Terme with medical facilities in the same location - Comfortable, clean rooms. - On the way to sea through beautiful fields you'll find farmers' shops and wonderful toscan restaurants in the small towns

Review 40：No pictures on any of the walls in the rooms or upstairs corridors, horrible light fittings in the rooms. Had to wear swimming caps in the pool. Hotel corridors were dark, poor lighting and dark grey carpets. Michelin star restaurant was closed until April. Breakfast was a variety of nasty biscuits and cheap fruit juice. Very disappointed for a 4 star establishment.

Review 42：The outside pool is deep with only a narrow ledge around the outside. Young children have to be watched at all times - although there are lifeguards. The need for a hat (3 euros) in the indoor pool was unexpected.

Review 44：The personnell (they have been waiting only for us to serve us a dinner at 11.30pm), the pool - have never seen such a big pool with termal water. Simply amazing and try our the restaurant Canesse (belongs to the same owner) which is 10 min drive at the sea... simply the best!

Again the following morning the water supply was shut offafter 10 with only 5 minutes notice so we could not shower or even flushthe toilet. The restaurant was closed and we had to have a pizza nearbyso not happy and no reflection on the final bill. Would not stay thereagain under any circumstances....!
