Review 1：What a rip-off. Way overpriced! Property is poorly maintained. Low ceilings, dark lobby, cramped room, moldy shower, uncomfortable, noisy and in what must be the Nuevo Vallarta ghetto. The only electric outlets were in the "bathroom," kitchen behind the refrigerator and on the wall furthest from the beds. If you use a CPAP, you need an extension cord. The all inclusive package was not. Very limited food selection in an institutional type of dining area. Nothing but water in the "mini-bar". Had to to pay extra for ice cream and other amenities..

Review 2：There was one tasty chicken dish.

Review 3：We had a room problem. The manager Gabriella came to the rescue. She was willing to turn what could have been a ruined vacation into a fair resolution which made the stay wonderful. We will definitely be going back.

Review 4：Really bad singing under our beach facing windows from about 9 pm to 11 pm each night. I am hoping it was Karaoke because if the resort was paying those singers they should get their money back.

Review 5：I liked the proximity to the beach and the marina, the property was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Review 10：slowest check-in I've ever experienced, for no apparent reason except that they needed more people who could complete the whole process - and there was one lone woman who could use the credit card machine, copy passports, give out keys, etc. It took the better part of an HOUR to check in - just not acceptable. Too bad because the rest of the place was quite good but it all started in a bad way.

Review 29：There are definite problems to address, The food in every area needs tobe rethought, it was all same old, same old everyday. Breakfast coulduse more variety perhaps some sausages or bacon, and the cost of supperis way too high for what is offered. Longer hours for the mini hot dogstand for those who crave a quick late night snack, 5:30 is too early.Bar hand snacks, like bowls of peanuts, popcorn or pretzels are missing.The lock on my first floor window was missing, the air conditioner neverdid work and the hot water took a while to get to my showerhead.

Review 30：All the staff, starting from the Front End, the cleaning, theentertainment staff, the food staff and the bar staff (particularly theeffervecent Jose) are what makes this facility work. The rooms werealways clean and are of sufficient size, and the instant proximity tothe beach is perfect. This time I travelled alone and noted the familyfriendly areas did not encroach on my enjoyment of the facilities. Itwas nice to see a Seniors discount.

Review 31：The beds were a bit hard but we found out as we were checking out that you can get temperpedic pads for your bed.Wish they had a sign up at the desk about this!

Review 32：We loved this hotel.The rooms were plain but very clean.The view was beautiful even if one of our windows faced a wall and the sound of the ocean at night was delightful. It is nestled in between fancier high rise resorts but this one is so much more authentic Mexico and casually comfortable.There were lots of kids, but that was o.k. for us. The breakfast w/the room was the best we have experienced.Omelets to order?! Wow. Best of all is the fabulous beach, the mini palapas and lounging chairs all facing the peaceful bay. We loved our stay and wish it were longer

Review 34：My husband and I just returned from a weeks stay. Staff provided warmfriendly service. Our room/suite was bright, spacious and clean. Greatbeachfront location and view. The hotel is within short walkingdistance to a variety of good restaurants, marina, shopping, etc. Willbook again!
