Review 1：Old hotel. Interior very old and aircond not functioning well. Old mattress. Small pool it gets super crowded no place to swim. Breakfast so so just ok. Lift small only 1.

Review 11：Very bad experience for the room. 1) 2 of my sons got itchiness (big spot like mosquitoe bites and redness) on their whole body & legs due to bugs/germs from your sofa. Went to see doctor & after 2 days the bites spots still itchy and redness. They have bad days now & cant sleep well due to itchiness. 2) aircond piping was not maintained at all as our 2nd day in the room was bad. We have to watch and bear with the water flow from the ceiling inside the room (infront of entrance door) 3) checking in was bad as staff need to key in many informations while customer wait in the long queue. We were checking in at 3.25pm but was told room was not ready. We waited for almost half an hour for the room that was NOT MAINTAINED AT ALL. btw our room was 714. we demand for an apology.

Review 15：-ve : 1. Receptionist not knowing which side of the building is my room, ended up showing me to the wrong side of the building. It was NOT an enjoyable experience having to carry the kids and luggage and then being told you are on the wrong side of the building 2. No key provided for balcony sliding glass door; which is used as direct access from a suite to beach. Which means 1 person still need to go out through main door and take the long, through the lobby; way to the beach. Not practical at all, especially when the 'direct access to beach' aspect is being marketed as 1 of the main feature of the suite (yeah I know technically it's not wrong but if it is more practical to have the balcony door provided) 3. The building map/direction in the lift gave wrong information. It said we can go out to the main entrance from certain level but when we got there there was no exit 4. The surface in the junior suite we were staying was not aligned to the water exit hole (for the life of me I cannot recall what the term for this), in fact it is aligned to the other side of it, resulting in the bath water being there instead of flowing out from the toilet

Review 27：1) Bad experience during checkin. The staff on duty (1st line..Nur Asyikin) was really hopeless n unprofessional. She was extremely slow, delay daly, disappeared occationaly(?), smiling n posing unnecessarily. For more than 11/2 hrs only 3 checkins( i was the 4th), while the other lines have made abt 15 checkins...the manager shld have taken her our n put in someone more experienced during peak hours. The children were scattered, climbing n running ard anxiously...my God! I was worried sick if accident might happen! She didnt do anythg to fasten her work. Finally a man staff noticed our stress n my anger/complaint, he helped me to checkin. He took less than 5 mins to check me into a room!!!...Nur Asyikin went into the back room without appologising... The staff need more professional training !!..Sad.... 2) A few lights/ lamp blew out in the room.

The waiter apologised for the mistake but i don't blame them. The chef should be more careful while preparing the food. I just couldn't imagine how their kitchen environment looks like. For the rooms everything looks outdated and really needs refurbishment. Not worth the money that I'm paying for. Sorry but your hotel is a disappointment. Review 79：Parking space is very limited, during peak season its horrible, even the guard park at OKU space (we are travelling with a 2yo disable kid also oxygen dependent but he was kind enough to help us find other parking space) The malay guard was pleasant but the Indian guard is quite rude. The swimming pool is crowded and people don't wear proper swimming attire, so the water gets really cloudy. I think I get charged more that what is initially quote by booking, even after I included the 16% tax to calculation. In the invoice it stated as walk-in customer even I've booked 1 month earlier prior to travel date. Anyway, might be because it is the peak season.

The most important part, we don't need to use lift much as there is only 1 lift near to the room. The beach beside the hotel is clean, and the water there is nice. They also have water activities, so don't need to go out to other beach.

During my time of stay they are running full occupancy hence there are not sufficient parking spots. Review 120：We had booked rooms according to what was offered on booking.com, but the options I selected were not even taken into consideration.We were a married couple + a young man travelling. We had booked 2 roomsThere were 2 concierge at the drop off desk; neither stepped forward to greet us or help us with bags to reception which was 2 storeys down using the staircase.We were treating a friend from abroad to a short holiday, and highlighted many good things about the hotel based on what was stated on booking.com, however many items were not as mentioned. The hotel may have misled booking.com.When making my booking I was asked if I wanted a large double or extra-large double... Neither was available.After insisting that my husband and I are not going to sleep on two separate beds, a room magically cropped up. However the sliding door to the balcony was jammed, the television was not working, and the toilet bowl would not flush. The water was rusty brown and I had used it without looking at it at first. We called the front desk who sent the maintenance guys to us.They resolved the first 3 issues. We later found that the safe deposit box wouldn't open and the maintenance guys said we should call the front desk for that. We decided not to bother calling as the front desk didn't seem very happy attending to our issues. At night we had bought some yoghurt and when we were about to put it into the mini-fridge, discovered that it was not working. We did not bother to call the front desk again.The breakfast buffet was simple. Not at all what I was expecting. No cheese at all. A few additional items would have made all the difference. Staff at the restaurant were very polite though.We were not informed about the 4 dining options that are mentioned on booking.com, nor were we told of any of the facilities or recreational activities available.The photos seem to have been taken years ago. The man-made lagoon was rundown.

Review 121：Nice-looking entrance. Made for a nice photo. Good-sized rooms. Comfortable bed. Pillows were lumpy but still quite comfortable. The walk through the coconut trees was still enjoyable and our guest was very happy to stand under those trees and enjoy the ocean.views.

Review 134：The room furniture was like early 90s or late 80s, Aircondition were not centralized and bit noisy since its a stand alone unit. The pool were too small to accomodate number of guests and pool were not child friendly since some edges and steps were build sharp even they do really accomodate shallow pool for children. And I believe the pool was like open to public since I saw few outsiders were there as well.

Review 135：The scenary, the view and the interior of public spaces were awesome experience. Security of cars were good and ample parking space provided.

Review 136：Parking bays are limited, swimming pool dirty and towel counter always no staff, waitress in restaurant always "hiding" themselves behind the cashier counter, lift also limited..

Review 137：Bad housekeeping services. Waited for more than one hour just for them to bring iron and toileterries not complete, staff is not friendly, one of them stare at us when we are dining, and the way they talk in phone conversation is so not friendly. room too small and TV signal not clear
