Review 1：I've booked this hotel through booking.com but the reservation wasnot successful (it was my fault...). When I arrived in the hotel theyobviously didn't have the reservation and they tried to sell me aroom at a price that was double relating to booking.com price (!!!). SoI made another reservation on the spot through booking.com and I tookthe room at a fair price. The day after they told booking.com that Ibooked two rooms and I used just one so they asked to charge me thesecond room. But the second reservation didn't exist!! When I askedthem to demonstrate the existence of the second reservation they gave upwith the charge request. Not fair, never again. Thanks to booking.comthat in just 2 days solved the problem.

Review 8：This is the third year I have stayed at the Krone for an extended time. This time with my oldest and only son to show him where his ancestors came from. The staff is most helpful and welcoming and I held all my dinner meetings there cause the food and service is GREAT!!!!
Review 9：The staff is extremely friendly and competent. The welcome we got was very nice and their English is very good. They were helpful in the past and again this trip on my Roots Tour this time with my wife and oldest daughter. Their menu is also exceptional with lots of ethnic flavors.
