Review 1：The food was bad, breakfast buffet very poor in quantity and quality. Housekeeping did not refresh the coffee, nor did they wash the pot and cups.

Review 2：The staff was very friendly

Review 3：The pool was scummy every day with excess suntan lotion. The room does not get cleaned on your housekeeper's day off. You cannot pay cash for anything....only charge to your room....which stopped us from eating or drinking at the resort's restaurants.

Review 4：The rooms were spacious. The landscaping was beautiful. Not too many children and it wasn't a constant party. The beach is right there and just a short walk into Bucerias. The Mega grocery store is a short walk away.

Review 5：We are from Europe and speak Spanish! All the Staff wants to speak English and think that everybody is a Gringo from the USA Please tell the Staff to speak Spanish in Mexico

Review 7：food was mostly aweful, with a rare very good plate. Need more food options/restaurants! Thread bare beach towels. Bed Linens are tired. Kitchen supplies very slim & entire kitchen was filthy! Our room overlooked the restraunt roof instead of pool area : ( Very musty smell in our 5th floor room. Drywall missing on ceiling in bathroom and at entry. For the money we expected a nicer room.

Review 8：infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean & beach was amazing. Pretty white pool chairs. Friendly vibe upon checkin & no timeshare pressure. Koi & turtle pond is very cool. Small resort is nice.

Review 9：Location is OK for a get-away, but not very close to anything, so you need a car. No wrist-bands meant that you have to sign for anything and everything every time. This was a bit of an inconvenience. On-site guest parking is inadequate. It is in a gravel parking lot and always full (this was at "Off-Season". Even the buses park here, but because they are big, they take up the only free space in the center of the lot.

Review 10：Friendly staff and everyone spoke English. Room was right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. All amenities in the room were there and working. Very comfortable stay. On-site restaurant had great service and great food. Having to sign for everything all the time ensures that you know what you ordered when it comes time to check-out.

Review 18：We had to ask for everything--even toilet paper. Food was not good. We were glad that we did not go all inclusive. Nothing much in kitchenette. Had to argue to get the room Booking.com promised. He asked how booking.com knew they would have that room. I said I'm not signing my credit card bill until I know what room I'm getting. I asked if we could stay iin our room one extra hour as our flight didn't leave until 4:30. They said no.

Review 19：Room was nice. It had a hot tub on the balcony, but it did not work. Pool was nice.

Review 20：Not once did they offer water at dinner not just us but to no one.Asked for a glass of water received a glass of wine. Ask for brown toast received white . Had to go find the waiter every time to sign the bill. Rooms so small no place to put 2nd suitcase.No coffee pots ice machine did not work no ice buckets. Generally would not recomend this hotel to any one.nweak internet signal. very noisy between the Riu Palce and the Bel Air all night.

Review 26：Great location. Breakfast was complimentary and was a very good. The room was very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen area and refrigerator. It is a great value. I would stay here again.

Review 27：Insufficient kitchenware--no pots and pans! Just two skillets! Nokitchen towel until the 5th day. Inadequte response to our request toget the room safe workable (two requests--never fixed) and a coffee potthat worked. No one responded until our kind housekeeper (Karla) got usa new coffee maker. Finally, the check-in got us off on the wrong foot.We arrived early and were welcomed but told our room would be readysoon, then "come back in one hour," then "we'll seeif it's ready," all the way until 4:00! Why not just say:"No early check-in?" or (better yet), "Since you are hereearly, let us prepare your room right now! No one else is waiting, solet us attend to you first." We could have walked to the store,gone somewhere, etc. but instead we kept hanging around waiting. Nothappy about that--so we refused to attend the sales presentation.Lastly, cold spas the entire week.

Review 28：Friendly staff who were attentive but not pestering. Best bed I'veever slept in! Heavenly bed, linens and pillows. Beautiful pool,beautiful endless beach w/warm water and easy access. A great, highshowerhead for my extra-tall husband who loved it! The weekend buffetswere nice and a good value. The grounds are impeccably kept -- not aspeck of litter anywhere. The daily activities were nice -- wedidn't participate but it was fun to watch people enjoy themselves(water aerobics, Mexican bingo, etc.).

Review 29：Poor intial room - smelled musty. Asked for a different room after a fewdays and were moved to a better one. Apparently this is very common -everyone asks for a better room until they get one they like. Willalways accomodate these requests is something is available. Had to payfor Wi-fi and it was unreliable. Often inaccessible for hours every day.

Otherwise resort dings you for $65/week for wifi. Notcool nor competitive with other resorts. Gym/spa has dangerous, brokenequipment!! Parking if you rent a car can also ne limited. Maid serviceneeds true upgrade.

Review 32：Location in Nuevo Vallarta, excellent service except for maid service.Beach was excellent, restaurant good but a little pricy as the only oneon premises. My studio suite was very nice, large with great view.Note: not all studios are so large with great view. I was lucky.Lastly, this resort is a small, lush one compared to those around it,Solid three stars
