Review 1：The staff were wonderful, and went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel comfortable and welcome. The pool was nice and clean, and wifi was good. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we wanted to see, but far enough out of the way that it was quieter. I would definitely recommend a stay at Van Song Villa, and look forward to coming back!

Review 2：Lots of mosquitos. Staff were always spraying insecticide along the walkways. The prices quoted in the hotel for tuk tuks and tours are expensive. Not worth it. Staff are not very knowledgeable about the area and claim everything is farther than it actually is.

Review 5：Great pick up from airport. Breakfast simple but nice. Only short distance walk into main street. Free bottles of water every morning. Nice pool area. Offered you towels by the pool. Felt safe even as solo female. Nice and quiet at night.

Review 6：It is not really a negative, but something visitors should be aware of so that they are not surprised: the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom.

Review 7：The staff was very helpful and communicative. The tuk tuk service (both airport pick-up as well as arranging trips of angor) provided by the hotel were great! It was delightful to relax by the pool after a long day of visiting the temples.

Review 8：One of the doors near our room squeaked loudly when guests would go outside to smoke at all hours of the night. It wasn't fixed during our stay even after reporting it.

Review 9：The pool was refreshing after a hot day touring Angkor. The facilities were very clean, the staff helpful and friendly.

Review 10：Both the advertisement on booking.com and an information book in the room said there is free bikes, but this is not the case and was a disappointment for us. The bathroom wasn't great as the shower was between the toilet and sink so everything got wet. Staff was also hit and miss, some very nice and helpful and others not. We have had a lot better in the same price range in south east Asia

Review 14：The room does not have what it says in thr description: no fridge, noview/balcony, a/c sometimes doesn't work. The staff promisedto put the missing things in our room as we booked the room because ofcertain things but they didn't and in the end they don't even godown with the price. Also: there is no free bike rental for geniusmembers and no late check out. These were also reasons why we decided onbooking with them. At 12 they knocked on our door and asked us to leavethe room. A bit disappointing!!!

Review 18：Great amenities including swimming pool, laundry and on-site masseuse. Only 5 minute walk from night market and city center, close enough to easily enjoy shopping and nightlife but also far enough away for some peace and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 19：It was a little farther walk than I thought it was going to be to town/pub street. I rented a bike for $2 a day and rode everywhere,even out to Angkor Wat.
