Review 4：It's my second visit, and I can't fault it. Superb bungalows, excellent staff, and a fabulous pool. The grounds are very stylish and simple, and beautifully maintained. The village is an easy walk or bike ride away. The resort has bikes you can use for free. They can organise any excursion or onward travel plans.

Review 6：Wonderful tiny Resort! Just opened a couple of month ago. Very clean, the design is modern and I love the combination of various elements, the garden and the pool are lovely. When you arrive, you immediately feel that this resort is run by the family. They are always present, helpful and super friendly. The breakfast has a very good variety of fruits and veggies/ salads, bread, cereals and sweet bakery and more than I expect on an remote island. Also free shuttle to the pier and beach! Can fully recommend it and would definitely book Mook Lamai again! Thanks!

Review 12：Hotel is brand new and in very good condition. We had a room besides the pool which was great as you could almost jump to the pool from your room. The pool was excellent, big enough to swim and play around, water was clean and refreshing but not too cold. The hotel staff is great and very friendly but except for the manager do not speak so good english (yet). They take very good care of you and do anything to make you feel happy. Free bikes and transportation in the Island is a good extra. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommend!

Review 14：Everything about the place is immaculate. The illuminated pool is wonderful for an evening swim, star gazing. Staff are welcoming and uber helpful.

Review 15：Food at the restaurant is not good. Is better to go to the restaurants reccomended on the island. Breakfast is ok. Front desk staff is allways at the bar of the hotel and as is not so near you cant find them if you need them. Is not located in beachfront.

Review 20：The nicest people run this place. They do good food and go out of their way to make this a great place to stay. Right next to the local community areas which gives this hotel the best of both worlds if you want relaxation mixed with culture.

Review 21：1. It will take 7-10 min to get to Sivalai beach by bike (the beach has perfect white sand but is subject to low tide, some garbage and unpleasant sewage smell near Sivalai Resort). Bike trip to better Charlie beach takes around 20 min (including some pedaling up the hill). Last 200 meters to Charlie beach are by dirt road and after rain it's really bad. There is hardly any lightening on the roads on Ko Mook so bike trips after dark require a flash light. 2. It would be great to have more options for breakfast (like pancakes). Hotel restaurant options for dinner are a bit overpriced. Also, there were a lot of flies (though it seems to be a common problem on Thai islands).

Review 22：1. Modern rooms. 2. Nice pool that works 24h (though the lights were switched off at around 22:00). 3. Helpful staff: arranged free transfers from/to the pier and Charlie beach, sea trips, ferry tickets etc. 4. Wifi in bungalows and common areas. 5. Free beach towels. 6. Nice patio with comfortable sunbeds.

Review 23：Even the hotel doesn't locate right on the beach but it's about 5 min walk to get there! However, staffs were so nice and helpful that made me feel like I was not a guest but a visiting family member. Hotel has a very nice swimming pool that you can just relax there all day long, especially if your rooms are next to it. The hotel is also near the very best home cooking restaurant in Koh Mook! If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, then this resort is the place to be.

Review 24：the staff is beyond incredible. we know it's not common to tip but we did anyways. everyday the owner would give us free mangos from her tree after we ate. she gave us free bikes to ride around the island and had the personal driver pick us up from the pier and drive us to the beach for our excursions. the resort looked like a dream and was very peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Review 25：The beach is 5 min by bicycle or 15 min walk. But you can feel how it's like to live inside of the island)

Review 26：The atmosphere is fantastic. You feel like you are the most wanted guest. Here you can feel yourself like at home and relax. It's small and new hotel with it's own spirit not like in big ones. You can ask for any dish at the citchen and they will do it. The pool is amazing. Really crystal warm water. You can play table tennis, go cayaking or ask for good massage - they have it all!

Review 27：Best pool we have seen. Really new and comfortable. The owner and staff went out of the way to help us with any needs. Free transport to and from the beach. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was perfect. All around one of the best places on koh mook.

Review 28：The whole resort is beautiful. My fiancé and I loved it so much we stayed two extra nights. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice and big and the restaurant serves tasty food. Can't wait to go back!

Review 29：We stayed for five nights and during the first three days the pool was very nice and fresh but on the fourth day they seemed to have an issue with the filter so the pool suddenly turned a strange green colour. Although they cleaned the pool everyday and we believe this was a once off thing!

Review 30：We traveled as a young couple and found Mook lamai to be to a really high standard. This place is new and the standard is very European without losing the Thai atmosphere.The staff is very friendly and helpful.They had a free shuttle service if you wanted to go somewhere to eat during the evenings or to the beach. They also had bikes to borrow which made it very convenient when you wanted to go to the beach, only 7-10 minutes away. Excellent!

Review 31：15 minutes walk from the beach; altough bikes can be borrowed for free. We decided to rent a motorbike (incredible cheap ones) and actually liked the more peaceful atmoshphere away from the big hotels.

We really enjoyed having the conversations with the owner about Thai culture, hotel building phases and travel opportunities around the island. We are looking forward to see you again when we come back to Thailand.
