Review 1：i had room which is view of car park

Review 2：The room is big & enough for me & husband with 1 kid & infant..i like the surrounding and my daughter like to play in play room, lego room & games. The food for breakfast is variety & delicious.

Review 3：Breakfast was horrible. Baby cot didn't arrive. Asked for King bed, was given 2 single bed combined? Aircond was terribly bad in the room. Wasn't worth rm 500++ I spent for the room.

Review 5：In the "Glass" restaurant, most of the wines listed were unavailable. Maybe there were delivery problems during the Christmas/New Year holiday period, but it is not very satisfactory for a resort to be so lacking in wines.

Review 7：The phone in the room didn't work, the beds were very old and creaky, the air con couldn't be controlled in some rooms (I booked 3 rooms), there was no space for additional beds to be added for kids, I asked if there was wheelchair access and they said yes but found it was very steep to manoeuvre and there was no access to the beach (very sad indeed).

He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. The hotel has many facilities available and is super family friendly. Many activities for our children too. Pricey compare to other hotel especially with the facilities.. room price almost 350 with no breakfast.. no bath tub.. not so impressed.. you can get better room with that price somewhere else.. .....

Review 39：First three hours upon check in was all bout the housekeeping folks ringing the door bell to do one task at a time cos the room wasn't cleaned for our check in, i.e. make the bed, vacuum the floor, clean the bathroom and fix the toilet flush. We gave a RM20 tip to expedite the cleaning and after they left, we still had: : lotsa hair on the floor : toilet flush did not work : no towels : no toothbrush : no bath robes : an used shower cap by the prev tenant still in the bath tub

Review 40：Rooms are expensive but not maintain very well. Broken cabinets and whore drops food are too expensive. No discount for regular customers. As I'm very regular visiting because I like the place. The management should look for repeated customers and the repeated customers may recommend friends and which I' was doing. During Deva and Raj and AsriTime we were taken good care and we get good deals from them and I recommended a lots of friends.

Review 42：I am a returning customer where I had the experience of staying in the sea view while comparing it to a garden view room. There is no garden at all.. it was only roof that I can see. Also, the front desk is still slow as before.

Review 65：Horrible experience trying to check-in. Had to wait in line for so long and then rooms were not even ready for check-in at 3pm. After several attempts to get the front desk to expedite our rooms, it was finally done by 4pm. Front desk staff was rude and sarcastic. Front reception/check in process took so long for each person - never had to wait this long for check-in process. We had 2 rooms - walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from the outside corridors and rooms at night especially. Did not sleep well. We parked our car up front by the entrance, but when we returned home the next day, we noticed scratches on the front of the car.

Review 69：They had closed the best thing I like about there. The halal Chinese restaurant. I hope their general manager can read this so he will reinstate this when I come there again. The reason you had less customers visit that restaurant was no signage visibility at the main entrance. People had to doubt if it was for function purposes only. Also less people knew from your posters that it was halal food. I personally feel that halal chinese restaurant was best compared with your buffet or glass Italian restaurant Also they poorly maintained the soft balls room where kids jump in. The movie room used to have a series of kids shows. Now it is just one. Really disappointed as the kids really just watch only one show the whole day? Such dissapointment. Also Wii room is converted into an arcade for adults.

Review 73：I had trouble with my bookings via booking.com as the hotel don't accept debit card though my booking was confirmed when I called the day before but I was told to call the morning of my arrival date to reconfirm which was ridiculous as I had to rush and pack since I wasn't sure if I had a room or not. My check in was alright but I was unhappy with my room as the locks to the main door was not working and the sofa on the side was torn but the staff on duty changed my room immediately.

Review 99：The room was very clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, we love the big swimming pool and well equipped fitness gym. One of the best hotels we have stayed before.

Review 100：Baby cot delivered on second day despite requesting with booking online, validating a week before trip, on the day before making way to hotel, upon check in and at dinner time. Also tv malfunctioned on second day and issue went unresolved till check out. Thirdly paid for breakfast with booking.com but was not registered in system. Avoided a scene at check out and ended up paying double. Antiquated furniture in room and not quite worth 500 ringgit per night., quite frankly. Unlikely to return and will advice the same.

Review 120：Everything was wonderful until we got to the beach. The beach side was all right, love the hammock and the beach activities, however the sea water was really dirty and muddy. My six year-old beach loving girl didn't dare dipping her feet in the water. Also, I couldn't do the changes I wanted with the booking but then again that's the company's policy and I totally understood it.

Review 121：I upgraded to the sea view room and I loved it. Everything about the room was lovely. Another attraction would be the facilities especially for the kids. It was rainy on our last day, so we can't hang out by the pool, but yet my three kids were entertained nonetheless. Hopefully these loveliness of this establishment would last and that I would love to comeback for another quick trip here.
