Review 1：The wifi didn't reach our room though our room next door had access so found that strange also the shower would be better if adjustable

Review 6：It is completely different from the way it is represented on the portal.The restaurant is only operational when there are groups or enoughpeople to justify the presence of a chef but this should beencommunicated before traveling there. The location is not great and it isnot easy to access the hotel as the area is still in development. Thebeds are not comfortable and the television is too small in such bigrooms. The shower is too small considering the huge size of the roomsand the structure of the hotel. Finally the central heating system isnot the best as you have lots of hot air blowing at you when you are inbed which is not very good.

Review 13：The hotel was strangely disorganised and most of the staff hardly knewwhat they were doing. It doubles as a local sports centre and this has adefinitely harmful affect on the service provided. All the informationbefore and at the hotel referred to a restaurant but this just did notfunction... No explanation given.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to do what we did.
Review 14：Two features made this visit acceptable.One member of staff was as helpful as he possibly could be and was able to solve our problem about evening food. There is a very good and interesting fish restaurant close to the hotel which is highly regarded by local Italians and has a character which made the evening good fun and very good food value.
