Manuela and Philippe could not have been more kind and friendly, the facilities of the hostel are just great, a short walk to the beach, and so quiet at night that we could listen to the waves. There is NO need for air conditioning in this environment - a beautiful breeze every night made great sleeping. Two bakeries within a block and fresh bread hot from the oven almost constantly, and fresh fruit and veg from the municipal market just out the back door. The hostel is more of a self catering boutique hotel - it exceeded every expectation and deserves a 10++! Thank you Manuela and Philippe!

Review 5：It was perfect! As soon as we entered the hostel we felt at home! The owner and the staff are nice and welcoming. The place is quiet relaxing but also fun and chill! It´s well localised near a market and the beach! We did not want to leave !!!

Review 6：We really liked the design of the hostel, comfortable kitchen and cool super relaxed lounge.The rooms were with ocean view and a veranda also with ocean view and some nice relaxing chairs and table. The kitchen was supper equipped with all we need and more. Staff was very friendly and always very helpful. The location of the hostel is great: witha 1 minute walk to the beach ( 10 minutes walk to the famous Supertubos beach and markets, shops and restaurants are near. really liked staying in the hostel and hope to come back.

Review 7：The Chillout Beach Hostel is a warm and welcoming place where I instantly felt at home. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff is just great and helpful. Very clean. Good location - just next to a beach.

Review 8：This is a cool place to stay. Manuela is a genuine English speaker and is more than happy to give information and advice. The place is well set up and nicely furnished with Manuela's collection of pieces from the the east. She was kind enough to allow our soft top car to occupy her garage. Nice people, nice place.

Review 9：We've spent 2 nights at the Chillout Beach Hostel. Manuela (the owner of the hostel) organized us a cheap transfer from the Lisbon airport. The welcome was very nice and warmly. The location of the hostel is fantastic, 50 meters from a 3 kilometer perfect sand beach - which is not too crowded - and contains some of the best spots for surfing. The accomondation is very clean. Manuela is super obliging and gave us very good information for sight-seeing during the day.
