Reviews for Duni Hotel Pelican - All Inclusive
Review 1:The staff were rude and unresponsive to making the stay worthwhile. The prevailing attitude was "it's not my responsibility". The room lacked basic aminaties like soap, shampoo, wash clothes etc. The hotel is warn out and not kept very clean. The food was horrible and the same thing every night. I will never go back to this resort.
Review 2:The location on the black sea and conservation area.
Review 3:No access ramps to the pool, you have to carry strollers up/down stairs. To add insult to injury, the elevators were out for most of our stay (both of them!), which added 3 floors to the stair adventure. Bathroom amenities (with the exception of soap) are simply not there (in a 4? star hotel). Food was repetitive, with the only fruits being apples and watermelon (and only on lunch/dinner). Huge gap between price/value. Staff tried their best, but the problems described start at the top.
Review 4:Location, beach, nature. Very relaxing.
Review 5:The food spoils it all. Its quality definitely does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. Margarine instead of butter, no olive oil, insufficient variety of dishes and fruits, low-quality grilled minced meat products.
Review 6:Nice and quiet location not far away from the beach. Surroundings are very well-maintained. Rooms and swimming pools are very clean. Sunbeds, umbrellas and towels on the beach included. A really relaxing place for a family holiday.
Review 7:It was rather good for health to go for a walk to the beach twice a day - in the morning and after lunch, but after the entertainment in the evening the children didnt like the idea to go to the hotel by the long way as it was rather dark road.
Review 8:I liked about Pelikan Hotel that the swimming pool and the sauna were nearby, but the sauna itself should be better organised as anybody could take towels inside, have a cup of tea, have a seat for relax etc.
Review 9:It's really strange not to be able to communicate in English to the extent I wanted. The hotel staff was OK, but the waiters/bar personnel for example were either vey shy or not very proficient in English. They speak good German and Russian, though :)
Review 10:The hotel is great, the landscape is amazing! The food is the best I've ever had in any all-inclusive holiday so far. The entertainment team are very good at doing their job. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone!
Review 11:We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The entartaiment programme was great, the food was good, it was clean. Don't miss the evening show.
Review 12:Resturant staff too busy ans cold atmosphere. Too strict rules to be respecy
Review 13:Very friendely and quiet. I will come back
