Review 1：there was NO wifi signal in our room, the water in the pool was really dirty and was cleary not available for bath. at our arrive in the room the bedclothes were dirty, surely they had not been changed from the previous guest... i do not recommend this property

Review 5：Poor service, what they promise does not suit reality. At the moment ofour arrival we were informed that the room which we reserved had beenbooked already and we would have to get a different one, without abalcony nor sea view which was mentioned in our reservation. Thereceptionist tried to convince us that the other room which she wasoffering us was better than what we booked whereas it was not true. Inthe room there was no balcony, sea view, private entrance, hairdryer,electric kettle, coffee machine nor kitchen utensils as it was mentionedin the offer. We did not have a choice and had to take this room. Theyeven did not try to make up for their mistake in any kind of extras. Weare totally dissatisfied from this stay and we do not recommand goingthere. They present really unprofessional behaviour. Besides the above,part of the lighting in the room did not work and no one was willing torepair it during 6 days, nobody cleaned the room, take out rubish oreven give toilet paper. It stinked in the bathroom. The room was reallydull and the swimming pool was small.

Review 8：Very warm welcome from the owner! So good and helpfull staff. Very nice swimming pool for enjoy in warm water. Sea is very close to Royal azur but water was too cold so we used a swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come again there. Recommend to all! Ljubazan prijem domacina, odlican bazen, ljubazno osoblje, preporucujemo svima.

Review 9：The room was quite dirty. The kitchenware was very limited and was verydirty. The room was not finnish, there were wires sticking out of thewall. The sink was leaking. The staff were unfriendly.

Review 10：The pool was nice and clean. It was just a short stroll down tothe beach. The room that we rented was spacious, and had a niceroof-balcony.

Review 11：The place is very chaotic and poorly organized. It took them 1,5 hours to find my passport on check out. The staff is helpful, but one should not be asking for most of the things in the first place. The place may seem ok from the first glance, but then you realize that many essential details are missing. As an example one can take the kitchen. There is an very small kitchen shared between several families, which is "unofficial" so you have to go around and beg for things like forks, etc all the time. Staff constantly smoking everywhere, also indoors. Very bad sound isolation in the rooms. VERY heavy traffic in the village and at the beach.
