Review 1：front desk check in staff was not really helpful all the time.. they could have been great problem solvers but did it in their own time creating huge delays while I was travelling solo with a 3 year old!!!
Review 2：room was great and comfortable trees a bit overgrown so ocean view was very limited waiters were awesome, day care facility was fun for a few hours, food excellent, and room service was top notch.. they even delivered a special little cake with Happy Birthday for my 3 year old.
