Review 3：I think WiFi was included, but it wasn't clear how this was accessed. I didn't really need it so didn't pursue the matter.
Review 4：Management was very friendly and accommodating, happy to change our arrival date at late notice. The air conditioner was on when we arrived at the end of a long, hot day ... this was greatly appreciated. We were warmly welcomed, and nothing seemed a bother to staff.

Review 7：The room was very clean on arrival and suprisingly generious in size. The room was cleaned each morning and fresh towels supplied daily. Complete with a large bathroom and plently of mirrors for the the female family members its a win win in my book!!

Review 16：We had issues trying to connect to wifi, not altogether a big issue, but the staff response was "no one else has complained about it" and "I'm just filling in for the weekend". Neighbours dog rather excited between 1:30-3am. Retro styling could do with a makeover.

Review 40：The bed, the pillows, the water pressure, the coffee mugs(not cups), the lighting, great towels. Sure it's a bit dated, but it's been really well maintained. Only niggle was that although the room included a microwave we didn't have bowls. Horsham is a really friendly town and was well described by the manager when asked for the eating options available on a Sunday night. Finally, it was lovely to sit under the tree by the pool in the late afternoon sun after the drive from Melbourne.
Review 41：The bed was like sleeping on the ground, the carpet/room deodoriser?? was choking and couldn't even crack a window, the insufficient air conditioner just spread it through the room more.

Review 46：The staff were excellent organised breakfast for a later time slot. Room was clean and bigger than a usual motel room. The staff assisted with directions into Horsham and other food places. Easy to park. Front office opened late.

Review 49：When we called to be considerate and let the staff know we'd be checking in at 9pm, (technically they are open until 9:30pm) the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unfriendly. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him with our late arrival and his rudeness continued on to the point that we just decided to cancel and stay somewhere else. Why post hours that say until 9:30pm if you are just going to try and make people feel guilty for checking in at night??

Review 51：Peeling wallpaper, poor water pressure, cheap coffee, poor quality toiletries, incredibly old fashioned (ie not updated at all since being built in the 70s, by the look of it), road noise.TV couldn't be moved to face bed, some channels didn't work (Win, particularly, dropped out half way through a movie and never came back.) No free wifi as advertised.
Review 52：Relatively cheap, tea/coffee/milk, clean sheets and towels, efficient air conditioner. Comfy lounge chair (for one person). Free DVDs available at office (but too late for us as the telly dropped out after the office closed).
Review 53：The advertised "free" wifi was in fact restricted to one IP per room. This is not consistent with our experience of free wifi generally adopted in Australia. We had two phones and an ipad and the male owner (responsible for administering the wifi passwords) was rude to both myself and my wife when we requested passwords. The motel should either make its policy clearer in the description of its services or, better still, install a system that doesn't have such restrictions which seem somewhat archaic for today's world.

Review 60：The Wi Fi is not free you have to pay, the bathroom ceiling was very dirty, the milk in fridge was in a recycled glass juice bottle (I don't believe this would be approved by the health dept). Pool was filthy and chained off. Room deodoriser overkill so we needed to run the air con all night.

Review 79：Being confronted about having our daughter staying with us. I did not realize i had to pay for an infant. I am pretty sure there was no provision to select this when booking. Staff were rude towards me when i was confronted and accused me of having an extra guest. I said sorry, I didn't realize she was classed as one and simply paid the extra amount. Great hospitality and very friendly staff, was 45 mins late on check out and didnt have to pay extra. Was very cheap and lovely hot breakfasts and any time u choose. Has coupons for meals at rsl and beautiful food there. Have foxtel for free with room and comes with toaster hair dryer heated electric blankets on beds and lots of luggage space cant recommend it highly enough. Was already booked out when we arrived so good to book in advance and can pay on arrival without having to use credit card
