Review 1：Absolutely nothing bad to say.

Review 2：The location is convenient for both access to the main part of the town, the Corso Ovidius and also for exploration of the surrounding national parks. The staff are excellent and always particularly helpful.

Review 3：Friendly helpful staff. Views of mountains from north windows and in particular from restaurant. Handy to approach by car from autostrada north of town. Secure car park accessed with room card only. Short walk to town centre

Review 4：I did not find the room looked as advertised. In the pics it looks very new but it felt quite tired in the oom we had. We were on the second floor and found the room very noisy. Lots of banging doors and we were next to the steps so could hear people going up an down. We were also given a room looking onto the carpark and they were renovataing next door which was also noisy.

Review 5：I found the placement of the hotel a reasonable distance from town, which was walkable. Their was secure parking out the back. The Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Review 6：The room is a bit of small for a stay of 8 nights. The shower is uncomfortable and too small (the booth doors don't close properly).

Review 7：Practically everything, including dinner at the restaurant, the friendly waitress and the very flexible cook, who deserves our thanks and compliments. Parking facilities, window views etc. made our stay very agreeable.

Review 9：* We thought the room price quite steep for what the accommodation offered * Dinner was quite expensive and by far not the best we had during our trip through Italy * Shower temperature was not constant: sometimes good, sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot (ouch!). Review 14：Could never get room card key to work, which was not a major issue but slight hassle to get room key every day. We took bus from Rome on day of Giostra but bus route was detoured so we got dropped off about a mile away. Some confusion about where to purchase return bus tickets, which were only available at mile-away drop off. Not hotel's fault, but I'm providing so hotel can better instruct future visitors using bus to Rome.

Review 15：Staff was very helpful and hotel was in great location, on north side of town - convenient to town, but quiet. Fantastic view of surrounding mountains. Had a great dinner at hotel restaurant.

Breakfast was good, ate dinner in, twice and felt that the price was fair,food very good and the wait staff, both dinner and breakfast was very attentive.the views from this hotel are stunning. The hotel is well situated to both walk and explore the surounding y area.

They provided a bottle of champagne and a nice note in our room, since it was my birthday. it was a very nice gesture. the spa was super for a cold winter day and the breakfast was good too. there was free parking as well. we enjoyed our stay.

Review 24：The breakfast was amazing. We had lunch which was excellent. The chef even prepared two desserts, dairy free, for my daughter. The other desserts, especially the fig tart was very good - but then they all were. The Spa was very relaxing and a treat for us all. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Position of the hotel was excellent. We hope to stay there again.

I fell in love with the tablecloths and asked if I could buy one ----------The receptionist GAVE it to us - with napkins as a gift! A real surprise from this "treasure in the valley". If we return to Sulmona we will definitely stay there - my husband's birthplace.

Review 61：The hotel was lovely. Very friendly and comfortable. English is spokenby the desk staff but we still managed to have some miscommunications.No big deal for me but they were so concerned that when we left theypacked us a beautiful lunch for the train ride into Rome.
