Review 1：I like to enjoy holidays within Malaysia, but some local hotel like Lexis Port Dickson need to really improve.1. This sales pictures and the actual are too far differences, it seem like attraction to disappointment.2. The maintenance in the rooms are bad, the tiles like never washing for 10 years.3. We made booking with fully paid, but after check in at 3.00pm, still have to wait for 45 minutes for the rooms to ready. Before my rooms ready, a guest in front of me waited for 1.30 hours.4. Many facilities they claims need to pay and pay, a rent for bicycle will be RM10.00 per hour. That not all, still you need run to pay and queuing up at reception then show the bill, fill up the form, only able to enjoy the facilities.5. The chef in the cafe are brilliant, their cooking is nice, but the foods are not fresh. Many of my colleague diarrhea after the food. Even one of my colleague complaint about it, they replace with take away packing and ask my colleague to eat at the room instead at the cafe.6. I met a traveler from China at reception was asking for the power point which can charge his handphone, but the reception said, the hotel do not provide International Power Adaptor for International visitors. How can a Malaysia's Hotel represent us for the International market? A simple knowlege or a basic facilites should have in even low class motel not been provided. And worse is the Receptionist are not politely handle the China visitors, ask him to charge his mobile with USB. I atanding there with shameful on my face, how can a Malaysia Hotel management not considering all International Visitor basic requirement ? I don't think this is the first customer request,7. I am not here to damaging the hotel reputation, I just wonder, why big hotel like this could take things for granded ?8. Instead for keep giving great offer, why not improve it and seat in to the hotel guess feeling and position. Unless you all planing for 1 times business.

Review 2：The location of the water chalets are great, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the water. The beach was nearby too, so we didn't waste much time. The rooms were also adequately soundproofed, so we weren't bothered by ambient noise.

Review 3：The room is not cleaned up or tidy completely. No bath, hand and floor towels are available in the room. Mini bar & bed sheet are dirty. The room is worn out. The heater does not work at all. No light bulb in the toilet. No convenience store.

Review 4：The toilet is very smelly (the toilet room with the toilet bowl) As if we are in a public toilet. So we had to do our business at the toilet at the lobby cause we really cnt stand the smell of the toilet in our room. (028L) Very strict about checkout time. We supposed to checkout at 12 but at 12.30 they already call us and say they will charge rm30 per hour for late checkout. An indian lady is very fussy and at first refuse when we requested to change room. She said she already checked us in. At first via booking.com, we requested for a upper room and resend a second request for a lower level room. However, she said I only requested for an upper room when I already received an email saying they have received my later request for a lower unit. This is because we have a baby and carrying a stroller which make it easier for us to have the lower unit. Then another chinese/malay lady came and said its okay to change room, that Indian lady just lazy to change room number etc on the room card and whatsoever.

Review 5：Love the room concept. Spacious & very quiet. Love the breakfast Love the service and the staff (the bellboys especially) very friendly and helpful The guards also doing 24hours surveillance at the parking spot. Good job Overall i give 8/10.

Review 6：around private toilet and Jacuzzi tub area, they should put towel or something that could prevent guest from falling down. as we all know, thats kind of area quite slippery and should be more careful and secure on that area.

Review 9：The receptionist was great and she can handle difficult situation very well since i confess my discomfort with since the advertisement was quite confusing.i want the chalet view accomodation but i get the hotel view and she was quick to change it back with no further cost.her name is shafiqah if im not mistaken.

Review 10：The room provide 2 bath towels, no extra towels given when asked. The bath towels are very old and not up to the standard for such star-rated hotel.

Review 11：Our booking is not in the system albeit booking previous 3 weeks. The same happened with another couple. Luckily it rectified quickly enough but should not have happened in 4 star hotel. Sea next to hotel is dirty and not suitable for swimming. We stick to swimming pool . Housekeeping should do better job cleaning the room. Very disheartened effort not reflecting the statusof the hotel

Review 31：the aircond because they use a large type of centralized aircond and put it center and makes the main bed become very cool when we sleep. so i need to switch on and off often to ensure it is not to cool plus im with a baby.

Review 37：We had a room over water and that was cool. The staff were very nice. The pool was nice and clean. We ate at the Grand Lexis next door and that was very good.

Review 38：1. Its not convenience for OKU people especially to the old one. My father using wheelchair and he was unable to take a bath in the bathroom because he might be slippery with the stairs. He had to take bath at the toilet which is small area. 2. Regarding on the swimming pool for kids. Perhaps the hotel can upgrade the pools by provide something example fountain or anything that can attract the kids. 3. The management also have to keep monitoring the cleanliness level of the kids pool. I saw lots of dirt in it.

Review 39：I like the room very much. Its convenience and the main thing is that when I told them I have 4 adult they gave us 1 queen bed and 1 extra queen bed (king bed I guess). I like the bath tab. Same goes with my daughter. Both of us have a great day during stayed at the hotel.

Review 40：The Booking was done by Booking.com (sea veiw) but when check In they only gave side sea veiw, When i ask reception they told only this room availabe... So that make me feel like cheeting....

Review 49：Meal delivery was terrible- ordered meals together that were halfdelivered and even the meal that was late was delivered over a 10 minuteperiod in 2 sessions- totally unacceptable. Check in took 20 minutes.Asked for air conditioner to be fixed- which was never fixed. Pillowswere huge- asked for a smaller pillow and told they don't have.

Review 54：Huge room. 2 comfy kingsize beds (premium water chalet). Huge deep bathtub for good soak. They even provide bathsalts. Toiletries all complete. All equipments in working order. They even provide buggy service to bring you to n fro yr chalet-hotel lobby. My young kids were fascinated by the floor glasspanels, they spent a good amount of time looking for fish below. The separate shower cubicle was great too. Everything very well maintained. There's also a med size outdoor swimming pool that gets a bit crowded during peak/holiday season. No mozzies/ants/bugs! Will DEFINATELY come back here next time I'm in PD.

Review 60：We booked to stay in a Superior room at The Lexis but got Upgraded to the second top most expensive suite at The Grand Lexis next door (part of the same ownership) with two King size beds, own swimming pool, kitchenette and Glass hatch so you can see fishes in the sea below. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to help in a way they can to make our stay memorable. We had buggy transfers from our suite to Reception on time each time.

Review 62：At the water chalet we can do fishing activity and catch crabs using the crabtraps. There are also a lot of activities available which we can join , such as cycling , archery and others.

During check in, I was informed that my room was upgraded to another room at Grand Lexis; whilst I appreciated the upgrade, the features of the room did not serve the purpose of my visit. I feedback to Grand Lexis' management, and would like to express my gratitude to the manager on duty, Mr Terrance for attending to my concerns tactfully. He directed me back to Lexis, however I did not liaise with the manager on duty at Lexis, a trainee attended to me instead (perhaps it would be good to equip the staffs with the features of the rooms as the trainee gave me incorrect information on the features of the room). Lexis then offered me an upgrade as the room which I have originally booked was fully occupied and I would like to thank Lexis for attending to this.

Review 64：The room was spacious, and reasonably clean (but I saw a cockroach crawling on my last night of stay). There were bathtub, balcony and a nice sea view; of which these features attracted my attention to stay at Lexis. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The buggy rides were enjoyable. It may be good to add on body lotion, comb in the bathroom.

Review 65：F&B choice is limited. Grand Lexis is just next door for more variety. No beach at the resort but Glory Beach is a 3 minute walk next door.

Review 76：This property is an older hotel. The room had a musty odor. We were upgraded to a room that sat over the water but weren't sure it was an "upgrade" at all. The shallow dark murky water below the aged plexi glass was creepy. There is no place to purchase a cocktail within the hotel, you need to go to the adjacent property. We booked for 2 nights and left after the first night. No refund of course.

Review 82：I had booked a room deco For my wife one day earlier since birthday surprised , while arrive on time of check in the room still not ready and even unable to set the room deco anymore. No.2 receptionist not able to keep secret of the surprised arrangement made by me.. she asking me question regarding my cake and room deco arrangement infront of my wife and break the surprise. I have little dissapointment on it. However they offer me, a free cake and refund my arrangement booking of above things plus had some free fruit basket. All fruits is very fresh.

Review 114：Apart from the hotel, the beach beside the hotel is not so great. There is no good eating place beside the hotel.The nearest eating place and a good area to chill is in port dickson waterfront which is around 10mins drive from the hotel.

Review 116：When we arrived, the room allocated to us faced the side, it has some view of the sea but definitely not what people would consider as "seaview". We requested to change rooms, fortunately it was possible. However, my wife and I were not alone in this second room - we shared it with a small commune of cute little cockroaches who where elated to see us, running around in circles like ma' puppies when I come home. The only one thing I fear most in my life is, yes, you've guessed it - cockroaches. I had to rally the courage of a dragon slayer within me when I came out of the shower with one of them standing gallantly at the very entrance to the bedroom. There I was butt-naked with a slipper in my hand, the world around me faded, and it was the stand-off of a life-time. It was a deadly duel, and no one wanted to make the first move. To cut the story short: Panda 1 - Cockroach 0. Experience the excitement... Only in Lexis PD!

Review 118：No bar in hotel, not able to enjoy a cold beer sat around the pool. Had to go to sister hotel next door where they had a bar inside. Missing a trick not having an outside seating area serving alcohol. Local beach poor and dirty.

Review 126：We were lucky that our hotel room was upgraded to a chalet room with a wonderful seaview. The staff are friendly and helpful. We rented a bicycle and even my mother enjoyed that. A good place to relax. The beach is cleaner than that of Avillion Port Dickson but no one was swimming!

Review 131：Particularly like the flexibility of the staff at the check-in counter to provide additional room on the spot apart from booking.com Had the top floor with lovely scenic view. Simply refreshing for a short holiday. In addition, the car park lift takes me directly to the reception and also the rooms which is completely hassle free accompanied by extra luggage. Best time to travel is usually early of the week until Friday for a peaceful stay.
